I cant afford a concepta - but I love this watch! Is the best way to go, to buy one from a trusted dealer and then which mods are a priority? lume? AR? can the modders supply the watch to minimize the shipping between countries? thanks for any help

I want to know if I can have a "fast seconds" subdial (or off the middle if youre really clever) where that hand rotates every, oh, lets say 20 seconds [so 3 revolutions per minute] is this possible? would a quartz movement be the way to go? doesnt have to be 3 - could be 2/30secs, 4/15secs etc (probably more that, and it gets too fast) thank you
