New Price info about the DSSDv5
eurotimezhelina replied to eurotimezhelina's topic in The Rolex Area
@ Panerai. 418 was the price including shipping (35usd) but I can see that you did not get a 15usd discount on this order. Remember to ask us for it next time you order and it will be subtracted @Hike: Only the movements are different, if you order with a cheaper movement it will not give you a lesser quality watch. There is actually a good topic here on RWG about it: -

Hi Slied The "GEN ETA" option is a genuine swiss ETA movement. When you order the watch with this movement we take it to our watchmaker who opens it up to verify that it really comes with the ETA before we ship it off to you! This is a part of our extensive QC service Well the Gen / Copy depends on your budget, the copy nowadays aren't that bad but then again they don't have a track record as the ETA version. Also important to note is that the ETA are increasing in value as they get more scarcer (harder to get), in the future you may not have GEN ETA left anymore in the replica's (gens, of course, will have them and so will watch smiths). ETA has an excellent track record and almost any watch smith can repair or order parts if needed. It's really a personal matter, COPY ETA is reported to be quite well lately and it's also repairable. Both *should (although we can't foresee the future) last a life-time with proper care and service. Well the ETA has been proven to last a life-time, the COPY ETA has been new on the market for about a year so it's not 100% sure yet but theoretically speaking with good maintenance it could last a life-time. Contact me on my mail below or Neo on eurotimezneo@gmail.com if you have more questions!

Comparo - Eurotimez V5 ETA vs. Eurotimez V5 DG2813
eurotimezhelina replied to jmb's topic in The Rolex Area
Nice compare and thank you for clearing up this misunderstanding or "rumor" - watch is the same (although there might be slight manufacturing differences between every piece), and the choice of movement completely depends on your budget vs what you trust will run your watch best. Let me know if any of you others are interested in getting one! -
Hi All Yea, so sorry about the late emails. We are back in office again and catching up but since we've had a lot of other things to take care of here we have not been able to be active on the forum.. Sometimes replies are delayed because we need to run your questions through our suppliers before we can give you accurate answers, but during normal circumstances you should hear from us within 24 sometimes 48 hours.. Preacher, have you received satisfactory reply yet? Do you need further assistance from us? Just let us know how we can help you or if you feel ready to order from us!

Newest noobfactory blue ceramic Sub review!
eurotimezhelina replied to gioarmani's topic in The Rolex Area
Nice review Gio, I love your pictures. This one will be raffled to the forum...!!! Chris will reply here a bit later, he just got back from Bangkok. -
We bring all GEN ETA orders to our watchmaker and open up the case to verify that it really has the GEN. This is a part of the our thorough QC. In this case it might have been a mix up when the shipment was repacked in UK but as I haven't been contacted about the ETA issue and don't know which order it is or how long ago it was finalized (meaning I cannot check if it was ordered with a GEN) I cannot really look into what has happened.. Nice weekend to you all!

;)Hi All Very nice pictures of a beautiful watch! JMB, you could try to center the bezel inlay and I could ship out a new one for you in case it would crack, send me a little mail and I can give you a little store credit for this too @ Logan and Joerg: You are right, we don't have the DG option on the website yet but if you wish to order it with DG just let us know and we will place a manual order for you. It is 148usd with the DG2813 We dont perform modding on our watches, if the customer want their watch modded they have to do it themselves.. we do not mod every watch, it comes as it is. Let us know if you have any questions unanswered or if anyone of you are interested in getting a piece of your own.. Best way is to contact NEO at eurotimezneo@gmail.com Thank you JMB for the review! Let me know if there is anything else we can do for you!

@ Hotbody 77. I am sorry if my replies to you have been delayed, we are right now traveling and don't always have internet access. I believe we already discussed the issue about your DSSDV5 in the other thread you created, Chris and Neo tried to explain what has happened. I won't go into this too much as i believe Lanikai and others have already given a very good explanation, thank you Lanikai, Freddy, and Jkay. Please send us a message if there is anything you would like to know again.. Yes we haven't been answering as much as we used to since we're traveling... You can see the status of your watch in your account from ET... We are here to help, but at times it takes a bit longer than anticipated.. Please keep our side in mind as well... Please contact me about the Breitling with your order number so that we can back-track for you. Thank you for your understanding and Patience Sven. @Rosnik: Please send us another mail in case we haven't received it and we'll try to get back to you asap.. thx..

Hi everyone! As I am a new staff member I wanted to go through our reviews and create a personal relationship with our customers by making all aware of that I am here to assist if they have had any issues or if they need information before future purchases, I also took the opportunity of informing them about the latest improvements that we have made. It is also important for us to know what you think about our items and services in order to make further improvements that is why I will continue reading future reviews! (..and yes, I am technically a noob to the forum..) Kind regards! Helina

Hi. I'm Helina, I handle the aftersales issues and returns at EuroTimez. I will send you a mail within 2 seconds containing return instructions and we will replace your case! eurotimezhelina replied to EuroTimez's topic in General Discussion
Hi Paolo, I believe I've provided a solution to the mistakes in your order.. I am just waiting for you to provide me with a track no of the return. If you still have questions regarding this then please contact me personally! I hope you understand the human side to this. Chris would never want to disappoint you, he sincerely cares about all his customers and wants to give you all the best service.. the problem was that he tried to take care of it all himself and pushed himself to the limit of what one man can handle. But he has now learned from this, he cannot do the "one man show" any longer as the business has expanded and that is why he has added us to the team - to provide you the best possible service! Warmest regards Helina
