  2. Righteous !!! More like " on the stupid !! " But thanks mate And yes F but I am a happy one !!
  3. I think I understand but apologies if I have your question wrong... The T is about 30 Euros But the rest depends on what they are? Are you saying they are gen? If so the CG is about $550 upwards, the bezel is about $300, If these parts are rep then it depends on source mate. There are loads of places these could of been sourced from cheap to expensive More detail mate
  4. A message of hope from the battle weary
  5. This is a gen dial for a 267. Its a 47mm Brown MM dial. A few years back OP found 200 of the Angelus movements F240 lying around in a stock room. They decided to refurb these and with them release 150 units of the 203. I believe there are also a few OOR's. Then due to some kicking up by some big buying Paneristi they released an additional Angelus run of 6 units with Brown MM dials these were the 267. Thats the short story So there is a family of MMs the 217, 267, and 6152-1 As I mentioned there are 6 in the world, 2 in the US, 1 in Dubai and 3 in Italy........ but soon there will be another Heres a pic of the gen watch
  6. Yes mate this is how you lock the chrono pushers like the 187, its just undone.
  7. Thanks guys I still cant believe I own this !!! I am smiling like a cheshire cat !!! :D And then there were 7 !!! Or rather there will be
  8. Just to confirm that Zig can do these subdials, I think also Vac and Domi
  9. Not being a Ferrari guy I cant comment on the watch model but everything QC wise looks fine mate Enjoy
  10. Just had this made for me
  11. Sorry mate can you reword your question, I am not sure what you are asking
  12. The other thing I noticed was that the spring bar on the thumbnail has now been replaced by a push bar. So in a way its harder to remove the buckle to insert a thicker strap. Also the bar that fixes to the buckle side of strap is held in place by a tiny screw which can easily be lost the old version had 2 screw bars. I have the old and latest plus a couple of gens so I will take some pics over weekend.
  13. I am still reeling from the shock of owning this but I thought I was buying a gen 217 dial but look what gen dial I realised I bought when it arrived...... stupid luck for me :) I cannot get the smile off my face !!!

Thanks Admin Yeah I know its always me !!! but indulge me please !!
  15. Mate that is a fantastic pic !!! That was funny in itself mate, I really do envy and enjoy seeing your collection mate
  16. For me mate its the DSSD everytime. The crystal as stated is not domed, just very thick and angled distortion. As for durability thats just a matter of getting it properly serviced as P says The rest is really personal choice and whether accuracy plays any part in your decision process. As for the size issue, there are a lot of guys with smaller wrists who love the DSSD to wear there are also a lot who arent so keen but they still wear them because the feel is negative in only a negligible way. So I dont suggest you base your decision on that alone but if you are concerned then go for a Sea-dweller (SSD) from JackJo Good luck mate and as P said let us know what you decide with pics!!!
  17. Thanks for all the positive comments guys, I really cant stress enough how good this looks without being garish!! Plus in daylight it just looks like a great strap so I get 2 for the price of one. Really compliments the great LT MDV inverse lume Funnily enough I was showing it to my wife and her friend last night, my wife and her friend loved it, they want it in pink!! But they called it "A glow in the dark" watch, I must say I felt very irritated by that description...It felt like they thought it was a kids gizmo!! I nearly bit and felt like I wanted to go into the technical aspects of the lume and make it sound very man like and technical..... but then I thought " Bloody Hell Pete!! Get a life!! It is a glow in the dark watch!!!..." Hopefully this combo will take peoples eyes off my shiny head in the dark As my wife says... us men still love our toys we just try to pretend they are gadgets etc for adults!! At that moment I realised just how right she was !!! Much as I would love to take all the credit for this strap and the idea I must admit it was bourne out of a storming session with the guy who made this, based on the watch it was intended for, the A6 its on above. I cant at his request say who it is, much as I would of liked to. But I hope soon he might change his mind and give all you guys a crack at doing something like this... next for me maybe a nice base PAM combo
  18. I wish you and your family the strength to cope with this situation Red. I hope he will be comfortable and is not suffering too much
  19. Thanks mate. I had it made for me
  20. As a few of you my know I just picked up a couple of LumTec's. I did a review of one of them in the Other Brands Section. But I thought I would share the A6s new shoes. Seems fitting that a Lum-Tec watch gets a lumed strap The Lume is much brighter than the pics suggest, but I could only manage a ten second charge for these shots. Click for LumTec Review here
  21. Congrats mate Wear it well You didnt want to wait for the Asian 7753 version?
  22. If your SIM has 3G passport or equivilent then yes BUT you will be data roaming and that would cost $$$$$$$$ The US iPad comes in 2 versions WiFi enabled and WiFi and 3G enabled using a minimum of 30 day data contract with AT&T. In UK you can pay extra to service provider for 3G data provision abroad without data roaming last time it was £10 a day but I cant answer with other countries
  23. Only difference is iPads have 30 day contracts for 3G provision

    QC Check

As far as the watch goes I cant tell mate to be honest except maybe the SEL but that could be just the pics, but the fact the date has been changed from pic 3 to pics 1&2 in the 2 minutes the EXIF gives and then the setting up of the pics 1 & 2. I would think he has used one DSSD on the tester for several QC pics of DSSDs For clarification 1 & 2 say 28 the other says 8
  25. I would say the answer will come soon
