Surely if you didnt consider tracking necessary for what ever reason you would at least want to prove postage even if it didnt prove what you sent. Though given the number of items involved it would help especially if you wanted to try and ensure you had some recourse with the post office which is the guys contention. (though I dont understand how without the proper form of shipping ie insured tracked etc) And although you say small amounts we are not talking the price of a stamp here, in that respect its considerably more. Personally I am not bashing the guy but I do think the majority of the comments on here are reasonable yet the responses have been less so. As for waiting I think a few guys involved have been more than patient given the time they have been waiting but moreso because of the information or rather misinformation they have been given I refer to what they were told about tracking numbers to follow etc though by admission these never existed.

Cetainly the times I have done it, the CG needs modding as the crown wont fully extend to set time. But as as for fitting on the case generally yes it will. Sometimes though you can see too much of the base of the CG where it attaches to case.

Looks OK to me. Feedback looks good. Only thing that draws my eye is the dealers card isnt completed. Not that thats a problem in itself just would want to know why. You should ask for pics to show more of case and cards showing the model ref number etc

Dropshipping means one company takes your money orders it from another source and that source sends it to you, if your lucky it will arrive, be what you ordered and might even work! It can be a simple job with the right tools and basic knowledge but can be a nightmare if you make the slightest mistake. Spares can be got for most watches on here or using links by guys here. You need to do a bit of research and ask the question to the Cartier guys. redo a thread with the question Ie Need to find replacement hands for my Blah blah etc or PM trusted dealers. Agreed the strap always helps the watch look better. But a bracelet on a 111H no mate thats a no no. That one you see dont look like it will fit your watch looking at the shoulders. PAMs are pretty specific on which models do and dont come with bracelets these arent chopped and changed generally. Gen Cases also vary slightly to accomadate the gen bracelets. Mate get yourself a nice strap and buckle

Mate I just googled them lots of bad feedback and they are set up in Russia!!! Which means your payment method could well get scammed as well ie your CC Dont do it!!

Mate I wouldnt recommend sending your watch to a company like this unless you know them or you are prepared to lose your watch after paying them for the repair. There are many places us UK guys could send our reps in the UK but there is a reason we dont, seriously dont consider this option unless you are certain that 1) you wont get scammed and 2) they will be able to repair it. The site itself is dubious definitely a drop shipper products are low end reps at higher end price, certainly the ones I looked at quickly eg the fiddy. If you lose that watch with them you got no hope of getting it back, none! Or your money. This is just a bit of friendly advice mate and to be honest if your going to post it then why not just send it to Domi in Germany only be away a few days longer, no customs issues not expensive to post and hes a trusted guy on here!! On top of that how will you explain getting scammed to your mate, cause if I was him I would expect you to cover the loss

If you can find one open to us all which I doubt then let us know mate. But you may find a local guy to you who is willing to do a repair but you will need to go in and ask him yourself if he will work on a rep. Some will. Just tell the guy you ( or your wife always good for sentimental reason for having it!!) bought it on holiday. Try small jeweller with old fashioned watch maker not high street shops, they are about in side streets etc. Or ask your local jeweller they may use local guy for sending their repairs to. If not send it to Bricciola in Germany great guy great work no customs issues

+1. We all get receipts and I am sure being used to this world its the least you would have just to prove you posted something on that day and at that time. If you havent got this.....then it doesnt help on your own comments regarding making a claim with the Crotes Post office....
