If you want to get a better version by modding or whatever, dont bother using that watch as a base. As you start to move around on here you will see what makes a good one and when your ready and when the opportunity arises buy the parts and or a better case to work with.

Thanks again for sharing another great piece. Not my cup of tea to be honest, but I really appreciate the work you put in and the finished watch. I do like the size of the caseback etc gives a lot of presence to the watch and coffee colour really catches the eye. A real eye catcher

How could the case be off to the dial mate. Its always the dial thats off. The case is set the dial is moveable. Like I might of said instead its not the dial thats off its the bezel! Sorry brit humour

Here is the list of parts Gen OEM 217 Crystal (not the 127 Crystal, I have both so I can see they are different though Milesd first made me aware they might be differrent) Gen OEM bezel Gen OEM hands incldg secs Gen OEM Dial Gen OEM Crown LH Destro Movement EL V4 Case EL CG (x2) a couple of versions. 1 has better body the other better lever so wil swap them round and redo pin EL standard case back Please let me know if you can help on the CG or caseback Cheers Droogies
