That was my point. The new one Pamfried shows is the 5165A and the older MBW was the 5065A both 38MM. It is not an improvement over the older one but a newer model.
I got mine in a pcakage deal with a Nautilus so it came at a much better price than this but I can vouch for the quality of the rep.
If this one has a true ETA movement it is worth the price since this has been the ballpark for the Patek MBW's for a while now.
I like mine but I have to admit that the new strap and deployant are nice
Part of the obsession I'm afraid .....
It's why I rarely sell my pieces
The rotation changes often...some weeks it is all PAM's...others are all IWC or a mix of Omega's....or Rolex or Patek or Breitling
Beautiful pair Kruz.
I have done all the same mods to my Asian 7750 based 188. Regretted never getting the 7753 to start but I have had no problems and still love my 188 after 3+ years.
Now that 162 That is the Grail Chrono
Tough call as I see them as completely different styles.
Steelfish on rubber looks best to me which makes it more of a dive/sport casual watch.
Noob Yacht-Master is definately a Bling dress watch - to me anyway.
Bottom line is that both are fantastic replications
I agree. Fabulous rep at a reasonable price. I invested in mine as well and had the hand painted and relume done. Considering Double AR because it is such a nice dial
OK, new arrival from Triplehd. A watch I never had interest in nor thought I'd ever own. But By-Tor's review made me curious to try it. The Asian Noob Yacht-Master is everything I read about and surprisingly, it is on my wrist
