  1. Given the criteria Mediaworks layed out, absolutely. Dependable workhorse (2824 ETA), not prone to style changes (a timeless classic).....waterproof Of course, mine is a Franken with genuine dial, hands, crown and HE valve.....
  2. Only ONE.....Oh, the horror Tough choice but probably my Omega SMP
  3. Great contribution Gio. Thanks for sharing And for your Jessica Alba animated signature
  4. There are numerous examples of Ziggy's work on the Cousteau models. I believe a few were posted in the past. Ziggy thread
  5. In some respects I like the Tudors more than the Rollies. This is a good example of why - truly a unique piece TMG. Thanks for sharing
  6. I agree Lello. I can't offer advice on how to remove the inner bezel but I know my watch is on the way to Ziggy and I will have him relume the inner bezel like he as done on the Cousteau's...
  7. @asad On the PO's, move your hands away from the Logo so we have a base genuine to go from. Great collection you have there.
  8. No contest, the modded one if you are a fanatic and it seems like you are like the rest of us I think the CG is one that has had the infamous Flav Silicon mod so I would count on having the CG redone properly if you are in it for the long haul. Too bad they went to all the trouble to use the Jimmy case and didn't use the Jimmy CG. @Mezz, I had asked Asad to start a new post rather than discuss the merits of both in your Sales thread.
  9. I am with Maciek. I'd go Big Pilot. Always a market for them if he ever changes his mind too
  10. @ tmg Look forward to seeing more
  11. Datewheel shot added - Yes, it is a stock Cyclops. I have not seen one that makes enough of a difference to me yet to change.
  12. Rob recently completed the mods on my 027A Luminor Power Reserve. The results are amazing Work done: -Relume of dial and hands to resemble aged Tritium -Installed OEM Crown and fixed the floppy lever -Installed a Lello 2892 datewheel
  13. Rob recently transformed my 024A Submersible. Work done: -Relumed Dial, Hands and Pearl to resemble aged Tritium - including the removal of the incorrect metal lume buckets -Buffed brushed bezel to a Polish to match genuine -Installed OEM crown and fixed the floppy lever. -Installed a Lello 7750 datewheel. Superb results, once again.
  14. Thanks for sharing. Seagull seems to be going Tourbillon in a big way. Too busy a dial for my tastes, though
