  12. very interesting information rolli
  13. we all know that there are different crowns shapes, but the question was before t started the crown order, how many teeth. rolli
  14. TH... we know that already. but fact is that nobody and especially the 60 teeth assertor didn't check this by this method. rolli
  15. v.... it's very simple to see and to count it from the picture. otherwise you can zoom it with photoshop. the visible part of the crown has 19 teeth. that means 19 on top and 19 down = 38, the teeth behind the crown-guard left and right are not so much. that means this crown has 48 teeth. rolli
  16. for me are all 52 teeth crowns 100% fake and not gen. rolli
  17. you can almost every material coat with the pvd process. the pam case parts which i get for coating are stainless steel parts. the color is dark anthracite. here 3 images. rolli
  18. steel crowns for 1,2mm stem. together with the cases they get first the granulate / glass / ceramic bead-blasting, but only on the knurling part. then altogether the pvd coating. all parts get a special attachment for the pvd machine cell/ chamber. this cell/chamber is rotary. the crown get a stem as attchment. rolli
  19. each has 48 teeth............for good order's sake.... rolli
  20. never..... it's a fact. mr. ferretti ( also well known as ferretti straps ) is a well known collector in italy, and he bought the complete old panerai stock from signora panerai. only VanniC from italy has the permission to sell the parts. and i cannot believe that ferretti or vannic sold the crowns to the turkish guy for under euro 50,-- i think the turkey crowns are fake. rolli
  21. here are another two images with a gen crown. 48 teeth. rolli
