  4. babola, why is this image important ?? when i write all detail-measurements are the same like the t_60_crown, and i mean really the same, then also is this, what you mean the dish, the same too. the crown fits perfect like the t_60_crown. is that not a really good answer ??? rolli
  5. hi all, here is the pam 5218-201A logo with the new t_48_crown. details: t_48_crown installed by my watchmaker, the new crown has exactly the same detail-measurements as the 60_crown, the 60_crown stem was installed without any problems in the new 48_crown, so the new crown could be installed in the pam without problems and without post-treatment, crown-bridge lever lock-pressure against the crown is perfect, winding grip is perfect, cosmetic surgery is accomplished , additional pics of the 201A with the t_60_crown, http://www.rwg.cc/members/index.php?showtopic=84140 enjoy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! rolli
  6. sand blasting is the wrong treatment. glass-ceramic blasting or 1.step granulate and the 2.step glass-ceramic blasting woud be the right treatment. rolli
  7. but if he need a new stem, because the asia stem is too short for the new t_48_crown, then he can use also a 1,2mm stem for the asia 7750 and 7753. rolli

  12. with this kind of scratches the bead blasting procedure have to be very strong to remove all scratches, and whether all deep scratches will be removed is another question. it's always better a stainless steel case is polished for the best result of the bead blasting. for the 028 satined cases which have already pvd, after removing of the old pvd coating with a special leach, there is no problem to get a good result with the bead blasting for the new pvd coating. rolli
