  1. Definitely interested in a TT, stick me down for a bracelet. If your going to be doing the full watch i'll be wanting one of those too
  2. There are just some reps that can't be replicated very well. The Superocean Chrono is one of them - i've had the gen myself and it's the one watch that i really, really, regret selling. I had the exact same watch as you and it just oozed class - crisp chrono pushers, Pro II quality bracelet. Im not even going to get the rep so i've got this watch again.....it just wouldn't be as good despite me really wanting it again - i'll just get a gen when im ready and funds allow.
  3. Ice Bang for me. I wonder why, after all the effort to "get it right" they use a black rotor screw????
  4. BK's DSSD has his custom datewheel, correctly aligned rehaut - coronet aligns up with the 12 o'clock - great lume. It's so much more than just a factory rep. BK will unsure your 100% happy as well - absolutely superb service.
  5. I've got a BK DSSD and it's superb! Lume is good, correct BK datewheel, lined up coronet with the 12 marker, correct 10 spacing. Everything about this watch is great! Youve made a good choice my friend.
  6. chiefwiggum, no worries mate.
  7. The most beautiful "B" ever made in my opinion. Look at the faceted bracelet - it totally makes it for me. My final Breitling rep - i've got the gen box just waiting for it
  8. Im certainly not a paragon of anything my friend. Not the friendliest of introductions i've seen to a new member of any forum - not just this one, it basically implies "bugger off and look yourself" If that is the case, why on earth is there a forum? Is it not for discussion and knowledge? This is a 2-way thing between both experienced and non-experienced members alongside reading what is already here. Not just "lurking" in the background and not getting involved whatsoever......what is the point in that?? Were all of your questions on here of a calibre that implies you knew the answer already?? Of course they weren't! Did you get the same response from the more knowledgable members that you yourself have given? Probably not! As for the question being "disrespectful"??? Since when was asking a question disrespectful?? Unbelievable! just my 2p worth.
  9. I've been a member over RWI forums for over a year so i know a lot more than i did back then. Basically there are about 10-12 "trusted" dealers that will supply you with good service, communications and more importantly good product. The key to this is do your research - find out exactly what watch you want and then contact the trusted dealers to see what price they will do it for and to clarify any specific details of the watch you require. Patience is also the key........these watches are generally coming from the far east so aren't going to be on your door next day.
  10. That respomse was a bit harsh. Reading and browsing the various sections on here is a must. Im happy to pass on any knowledge i've aquired since delving into the rep scene. Cheers Steve
  11. Very nice touch tc - i did wonder why myself after studying the AP's Looks loads better
  12. Brilliant! As long as im down for one on the run (posted at RWI for one)
