  1. I just received my Super Avenger black batton dial on bracelet from Trusty, and it's stunning. What Breitling are you looking for?
  2. Have to agree. I just received mine this morning, black dial, ProII bracelet, batton dial version, and it really is spectacular.
  3. Wow, that's a great price for that watch! I paid $375 for one not too long ago.
  4. ^^ I'm not so sure about that.. I just ordered one from Andrew, and the batons look pretty good to me: One question though- that +13s/day- is that an easy adjustment? If it's just a matter of taking off the caseback and adjusting a screw a notch or two in either direction, I'm pretty sure I can manage it.
  5. The wine costs the same- what kills us in Canada and the US are the taxes that are added to the cost of each bottle. The taxes are even higher in Canada than the US. A decent Barolo or Amarone can be picked up for $16-17 in the US, but the same bottle north of the border is more than double the price, at $37. Same thing with cigars. The same box of cigars that I can buy in Cuba for approx $160 (retail) sells for over $400 at local tobacco merchants. The rest is ALL tax.
  6. ^^ Looks nice! What's the band like? Is it decent, or is it worth the money to buy a gen bracelet? edit: sorry, just noticed that yours is on a rubber strap.
  7. So this is not for sale then?
  8. The Sig 210 is no run of the mill police or military sidearm! The P210 has long been one of the most accurate handguns ever produced. I've seen accurized P210s put ten rounds into a 2" group at 50 yards. Sig Sauer make fantastic firearms, and plenty of elite police and military units carry them (Dept. Of US homeland security, the JTF2, the Canadian MPs). Many police forces carry the Glock22, or the S&W M&P40- because they're very inexpensive purchased in quantities. Consumers can buy them new for about $550, (in Canada) and police forces pay much less. I'm a firearms instructor, and while I wouldn't say Sigs are the best, I'm a huge fan of my Sig firearms.
  9. I don't get it- what's the deal with the caseback? What's the price for this one, and the one you have listed in the other thread?
  10. I ordered one a few days ago, and am anxiously awaiting its arrival also- same watch, but I ordered mine on a S/S bracelet.
  11. Where, and typically how much are these parts?
  12. Everybody seems to have the black dial in stock, but I'm looking for a blue one. Anybody know where I can track one down? Thanks!
  13. I just posted one for sale.
  14. That looks fantastic- I'd love to see it with a stainless bracelet.
  15. While that black rubber strap does look nice, I myself prefer the brushed stainless bracelet too.
  16. My bezel point looks to be bang on at 1200, and I love the brushed stainless band! I have seen a member post here a black band with yellow stitching that did look pretty awesome though.
  17. On a completely unrelated note, what lens are you using for those pics?
  18. Interested in a grey dial, correct font, about 1 month old?
  19. I've owned a number of gen Omegas and Breitlings, and recently purchased an Avenger Skyland (V2), and more recently the Avenger Seawolf. Both are excellent reps, tell perfect time, and look just as good as the watches that I've paid 10X+ more for.
  20. Carlos, about to send you a PM.
  21. What is that strap, and where is it available? I'm looking for a yellow dial (just the dial, have the watch already), and love the look of that strap!
  22. Also interested in Breitling parts (need a yellow dial for my Seawolf). What city is he in?
