I bought a TT Navitimer from EL. It was a very good rep, but I was inexperienced and sold it. Someone was very lucky. EL only sold the best.

Swiss ETA Version 2 with better ceramic bezel. Lume is both blue and green which is correctable. I like it and I am very happy with it. Keeping great time.

I had an interview today. I wore my 2 tone DJ under my french cuffs. Just half the watch peeking out. I didn't notice and neither did the interviewer.

Nice watch. I really like the fluted bezel instead of the smooth. The watch looks bigger and catches the light much better.

Wear the Rolex and demand top dollar!!!!

I had 3 gen Rolex Datejust's and 2 gen GMT's (1 1975 TT). The Datejust's and the TT GMT I sold because I needed the money. The other GMT I sold because I bought By-Tor's Pepsi GMT and I saw very little difference in the look of the watches. So I sold the gen. I wish I never had to sell them but [censored] happens. One of these days I'll buy a gen but I get tired of the same watch. To answer your question, I liked Rolex from a young age and they just keep growing on me. Growing up, I didn't know anyone that had a Rolex or maybe I just didn't notice. One thing a watchmaker told me is that you can always sell a Rolex quickly.

I'm basically a Rolex guy. A few Brietlings. I've had Omegas, which were good but I sold them. I'm looking at IWC now. I just bought a DeepSea V3 and a SFSO.

That kind of thing always happens to me within one day of wearing a new watch. I can go through the house a thousand times. No bumps. As soon as I'm wearing a new watch I'm like a bull in a china shop!

I was looking at the new, 41 mm Day/ Dates. The only one with Roman numerals is a salmon colored dial. Does any one have a pic of this dial? I don't kow if I like it. When will they get to making other colors with the Roman numerals? Also, I don't think I like the numbers on the dial, I would rather see bars. Any comments.

Love it! Welcome. I respect the profession. I had a great-uncle who was the head diamond cutter at Tiffany's in NYC and he said those watch makers were amazing people.

I got ripped off from them before I found this place. Guy wanted COD. I gave the money to the postman. Opened the box, watch was a POS. I sent it back and never received a refund. Stay away! Deal with the guys here.

I think Seiko has a quartz that splits the second into 10 ticks which sweeps to the eye.
