I have done it on mine a few years ago. It seems to me pretty straight forward. Are you having a particular problem? I will confess I have had a few tough ones and spent $10 to have a jeweler do it. This is a pretty easy one though...as I recall. Let me know if i can help.

I have a couple with IW Suisse gen gator straps. I will try to post pics...when the kids get off my computer...

I got my gen dial on the bay and it was far superior. crispness of the lume dots and correct color of the dial. The rep is close and likely nobody would notice--but after having the gen there is no comparison. IMHO

I always kinda liked it. Good thing i'm not sensitive. Seriously, I thought it was a fantasy when I got it. So many models, few if any would know...other than those who think its no so great.

Anybody know a web page that shows the model number and picture for the various PAM models? I seem to always confuse the model numbers. There has to be an easier way??!!

That strap looks great on the wrist. I never liked the look before, but it is great while wearing. Great combo!

I picked up mine from Silix. Put a gen SS bracelet and it became a completely different beast! One of my fav reps for sure!

Mine came with a really poor rep strap. I ended up swapping with a shark, but your croco looks very nice!

I have the gen of that watch--the rep is so good and yours is the bomb! I got the titanuum one though, and is light but big--the best combo IMHO

These are some of mine: White dial is a manual wind that I just love. The blue indices and hands against the white are killer. Plexi crystal is a classic. The Schumacher to me is like a Daytona look-alike. Other the a slightly lower date window it appears as gen. The TT Apollo watch looks super--altho it only has a 21j and faux chronos under the hood. The GMT is one you don't see much. This one also has the 21j with faux chronos. GMT goes round but is not settable. Was not overly fond of it until I put on a high quality strap. I can't say I am an expert at all on the Speedmaster, but for me they are sure cool!
