  1. @Andy, No offence mate, you build it so full credits for your skills! I was just amazed again what a picture can do to in this case the same watch.
  2. Don't know if it was listed here in the past. But it is a nice list: http://minus4plus6.com/PriceEvolution.htm
  3. Great pictures, compared to that sales post MEGA difference!
  4. +1 Has also to be mentioned that the linked snowflake had a damaged dial painting. Average they go for 3K usd and up.
  5. I like personally the lume more crispy not so dirty vintage also on the old ones. Sold some expensive reps i never wear and got myself a 1979 gen whit the looks i like tight and crispy:
  6. They go here in Holland for about 40 euro new at the Rolex dealer.
  7. Congrats on your GMT! Let my 16710 born in 1991 say hello
  8. @E I see the differences in rehault between yours and this M serial. What i wondered is this still what is at dealers at this moment or is there more good or bad development in noob factory 16610 after this lets say early 2011 model.
  9. This is a M092117 out of the box from early 2011, is this the same as they sell today?
  10. I think they made some great designs with those new models. I considder to buy the Heritage one day they are around 2500 euro used in EU And match up great with a real vintage
  11. Spotted the first real life pics. I like it! List in EU about 3300 euro More at C L I C K....
  12. Came in today, older Eurotimez MBW
  13. Is there i higher risk at the moment shipping to UK? What is the best shipping method to use? Planning shipping a watch from a Canada member to UK member and then forwarding to me in mainland Europe.
  14. And gives me the same pleasure wearing it....i have some cheap. some pricy modded, some gen. Today i put my gen 16710 back in the safe, and throw my $100 noob on the wrist, and hit the rain with this Kermit. Just amazed what TC and those guys develop, but also amazed what you can get on the budget class these days.
  15. That lume job makes a lot of difference, that Zigmeister is very good.
  16. Very sharp, mate. This sub is in my opinion so much nicer than the modern ceramic sub. What is your list of mods?
  17. Check also TC (heel goed) http://tc-submariner.blogspot.nl/
  18. When your buddies have Date Just i would worry more about the word DATEJUST on the dial the gen has a total different J and the spacing between DATE and JUST is to big on the reps. Compare some side by side you will see. (this is for the date just 2)
  19. Your watch looks nice and sharp as it is! Very sweet, i also have a 5513 project going, not such a nice case as you but an old not 1:1 Chinese bastard, dial looks also rather baked, laquered and trashy. May i ask where you ordered the new hand sets? i have a 2824-2 movement in it. Minute hand on mine seems to fat and is bent, second hand is also bent, and the hour hand is a litlle skew i guess it drags a circle on the dial Here is a vintaged pic of my dial:
  20. The 16710 is one of my favorites, i only saw the discontinued noob gmt to come a litlle close. I don't saw very good ones at dealers today. I like it so much i bought a gen this one is 21years old.
  21. Could you post some pics of the chocolate dial in daylight, then we can see its full glory.
  22. Its sunny time for my pepsi, 1991 gen for a week or so
