Awesome build brother! Inspirational. Now let's get it waterproofed.

Giving thanks to have such rowdy bunch on this forum and thanks for all my blessings. From work in call wearing this 16600 for the third day straight.
-
It looks like the yuki dial I have been eyeing for my 5512 gilt build.
-
My thumbs are not big enough. The 6200 is by far one of my favorite subs.

And if you don't surf, try it! One if my most go to places is SA.

Damn! More nice watches today! Geez!
ASCII, that oyster looks really good in the SM!
Today, same as yesterday. I think this will be my daily wearer until I can get things evened out.

Lots of really nice watches today. Damn!
I recently got this one to sort of replace my beloved 16610 franken.

Lovely car Fred! I remember when the 280s were the go-to car for GT racing. Light, nimble, great balance and so simple to work on. I always wanted to get one to race in. Thanks for sharing. E

That is still such a nice watch brotha. Bracelet looks nice indeed.

That is gorgeous!

Thanks brother. I will eventually get another one. When I had it it was almost a daily wearer when not at work.
We definitely should have an MC section here.

if I am satisfied with the 5514 case the yuki case is yours.
I got a gen 93150 coming with 580 endlinks that I got for nothing as well. Just need the damn right hands which is going to be a challenge
Hoping you looooove that 5514 case then.
Let me know brother.
I still have the 93150 with gen clasp and will probably use that for the summer.
-
Please let me know about the case brother. The DW case may get sold soon
Back to the topic, the 5514 precomex is one of my favorite watches period. I need to get back to working on mine. Soon. Keep posting pics. You know we all love watch porn.

Awesome build for sure. The trick is always the epoxy you use and the conditions. I definitely will have to get into one of these.

Interesting.

The ST t19 I bough is pretty damn accurate. Price is comparable also.

that thing is done! ive used rubbing alcohol on rep dials before trying to remove the print and it took a lot of scrubbing. never knew bubble wrap was so volatile
Makes you wonder what it does to our lungs and skin in the long term.
-
If you want to unload the other case PM me.

You may have a dial that is not seated all the way down, or the case is another 3035 case. I use the gen or the ST supplied screws an no issues what so ever. A measure of the rehaut or picture if it will help.

Use 3000 grit fabric all around then repolish with the white rouge. I have a gen valve assembly if you really want to go crazy.
