i tried running for distance and i hated it what i found works quite well and you see results quickly is wind sprints..... its a 25 min workout but it kicks your butt...... warm up for 5 min on 3.0 then follow this pattern warmup 5 min at 3.0 8.0 1 min 3.5 1 min 8.1 1 min 3.5 1 min 8.2 1 min 3.5 1 min 8.3 1 min 3.5 1 min 8.4 1 min 3.5 1 min 8.5 1 min 3.5 1 min 8.6 1 min 3.5 1 min 8.7 1 min 3.5 1 min 8.8 1 min cool down 3 min Do this 4 times per week.. Mon, Wed, Friday, Sun ...... if you dont lose belly fat i would have jaw wired shut and go on a liquid diet....

I will be kind and ask Firansky and probably most of you dont know me however i have some pretty rare Franken Pams and after thinking about it for a while I have decided that an Ap should be in the collection. I had a change to have one built a few years back but took a pass... now kicking myself in the behind for that decision. I have also been told that there are some mods with the hour and minute hand and with parts not available completing this project is nearly impossible does anyone know if this is true. With all Franken projects i know first hand that you have to be patient.

I have reached out to all of the modders and right now nobody is taking on these projects.... I can also buy all the gen parts and I still need a modder to complete the project......

I will apologize in advance as I would have posted this in teh WTB section however since the board was attacked the know the team is working on more important items and several memebers have had their status changed so no rush. I'm looking for a one that has gen dial, gen hands, caseback modded. Shoot me a pm with what you have and your price along with pictures. Thanks In advance. Beano

I completely agree I'm just glad I didn't have anyone tempting me it made the decision a lot easier. I look at these franken ap and they are amazing.....

Thanks for the feedback often times once these projects are completed we are quick to sell or trade off I've actually had this in my collection for a little more than a year which for me is a long time..... So now I start to collect the parts for a roo project

As you know I have a handful of franken pams some 1 offs but I think your right I should start an ap project thanks for confirming what I thought.

So that's the million dollar question is this 24a special enough where I should just build my own franken ap.

Yeah this crazy economy has me traveling like a cheap salesman....... Not even sure I want to trade thought I would ask the forum for their thoughts......

Actually is was sitting next to Michael Jackson albums all marked down to $5 each i just could not resist.

I own this dial so im not sure what the value of this is worth in its current state....

Came across this at a yard sale and I was wondering what is the real differenc between the two dials i'm not sure if this is a 250 or a 236 or are they the same.... Not a perfect dial however seeing this is the first time i have seen a 250/236 dial around
