V what do you want me to say your right im wrong..... fine i have no problem saying i was wrong in what i did...... but you also know that the $30 canyon pin was not the deal breaker it was the fact that i have to send this to my watch guy and pay him money to install it and im not even sure what he would have charged. So if its not abotu the money what other things have i done to make you so mad?

Kostas, My intentions were not that to use you for your information and nor did i ever at any moment take that for granted. In all of my messages i always said thank you for helping me out i really appreciate it. Had i known that you would have been so mad that i was not going to buy your items i would have just bought them if for anything the time that you have given me and help on my project. While i was quite suprised to see a topic created about me being a jerk and how i wasted so much of your time. When i first emailed you it was simply to ask you some questions on your Pam, i never emailed you with the intentions of buying parts from you, that was a generous offer that you sent to me. YOu also know that I had no idea what a swiss movement costed nor how hard it is to obtain, you also know that my main concern with buying the movement was to pay for the canyon pin parts and pay to have my watch guy intstall them. When i started to do some research i found a complete movement with the canyon pin already installed for a lot less. Seeing that you were upset i offerd you $225 for everything which is still a bit high but seeing you were helping me out i felt it was worth it, then you blocked me and got mad. Thats fine i can get on peoples blocked list and people dont have to sell or buy from me, those who have know im a man who stands behind his word and the many of people that have bought from me tend to buy again becasue of that, if something breaks or is wrong i right the situaiton. If there is buyers remorse i buy the watch back, your right im a bad guy who is a jerk to everyone. I think this situation was over stated, and im simply writing this to apologize to Kostas for it coming to an open forum. Kruzer, does a person have the option of changing their mind on a purchase if they dont want to keep invetsting in mods and is truly looking for a movement that is complete? Hey if V would have said you know i really was expecting you the buy these items i would have done it, to get a person so [censored] off over $250 seems qutie absurd , were all men here right, then talk it out like men and lets quite being like children and blocking people. I have been around these forums for over 4 years now from the old RWG, and now here as well as the darkside and TRC and my intentions were not to [censored] people off, nor were they to waste peoples time. The Zigmeister, you dealt with me on seveal occasions and most recently with me purchasing a black date wheel for the 7753, the transaction was very smooth and there were no issues, so based on this email that would say that good transactions dont take place?

UBI, i hate the break the news to you but i sent you on email asking you a question about the cost of the movement and that was it, and personally i dont care if im on your blocked list as well.

V, Lets set the record straight you wanted to sell me a Swiss UNitas movement for $175 and the Crystal for $75 yes i was grateful that you were helping me out and not in any way did i take anything you said for granted. Lets also get some clear I asked you if the movement already had the canyon pin installed and you told me it didnt and i could pay $30 for the parts which is true and i would have to pay my watch guy money to install this so when you add up the cost of the movement and the cost fo the parts and the cost of the service thats some where around $235 and thats saying he only will charge me $30 to install them. For $235 i think that is a bit excessvie for a movement that i can buy with the complete canyon pin installled for $180. Seeing you were upset with the deal i offered $225 for both the movement and the crystal but you declined. Being mad at me is one this but creating a topic on this matter was quite suprising, you hear many people on this site saying that they dont try to make money on there fellow collectors while most of the time this is true but how can you honestly tell me that $175 for that movement is fair seeing it still has to have modifications completed? My Friend if you want to cancel the sale between me and our friend who i bought the dial and hands you can do so, it will save me alot of money anyways it does not matter to me one way or another so dont try tol hold that over my head becasue to be honest i really dont care. I have dealt with alot of people on this board as well as the old sites and NEVER in my experience have i had a person get so bent out of shape when a person changed their mind. You even said that you didnt want to really sell them however seeing your reactions i think you were.

Can anybody help me source a black date wheel for a 7753 that i want to use in my pam196? I have tired many things so far and all have come up empty and i know a hand full of people have built this so any help would be greatly apprecaited. Thanks Beano

Question i have a 7753 movement that i was going to use for my old case pam196 should i drop this movement in my new acquired pam187? Seems this combination is alot hotter than the pam196 combination that i was looking at earlier.

i had a gen tag monaco black face and i love the watch and the strap i ended up selling the watch due to someone making me an offer that i could not refuse. If a rep came out that was automatic i would jump all over it... reading some of these posts maybe i should build one...??????? Another project, maybe i should finish the Pam196 with 7753 transplant first. bean

Ken, i used to have that problem until she bought me this smokin watch winder, here is the catch, it only holds 6 watches.... little did she know i had anohter watch winder that holds 4 more.. he he..... great to be among fellow collectors. beano

It's nice to see another site that all of us can gather and discuss our passion of watch collecting, i have been around a while on both TRC and RWG and have bought and sold many watches. My wife tells me im crazy and im obssessed, i like to think its a healthy hobby as long as i can keep her from seeing my spending habits...
