I'm letting all forum members know as well as the paneristi sits that he posts on. He traded me what was suppose to be a gen 27a dial and turns out to be a DSN dial. Over the past 2 months he has been telling me he was going to make things right and then all of a sudden silence.. Does not answer emails or his phone.
Thanks for the update as these are rare then hens teeth..... i know someone is sitting on one that they are willing to part with. Its the last piece to the puzzle but i refuse to do anything with the build until i have the correct date wheel in hand.
Thanks Again.
Hey I was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction as I know that there have been several different people that have made the correct date wheels for the 2893 GMT for the Panerai 63/29/23 to name a few. I know that Taka also was making some however he has closed shop or is no longer making them. Any other suggestions on where I can find a date wheel for my 23a project? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Had these parts sitting in my parts bin for a little over a year now perhaps its time to start some project...
Look at the pantia on the 27a... simply beautiful.......
I looked in the general discussion area when I'm on my iPad I cannot send a pm reply to other members as I cannot see the reply box. Any help on this is greatly appreciated.

I agree with all franken's it's the amount you are willing to spend to get the watch you desire. Price and parts availability always factor in how far a person can take this hobby. I have found the longer the person has collected reps the more knowledge they are around cost and what they are getting themselves into. Often times people want to sign up however they don't want to make the investment.
Are you serious ........... You would think that I would sell you a fake franken? Wow........
My friend as the replies speak for them selves this is all gen with the exception of movement and case back......
Just curious how many people want to build a franken ap? Im talking case mods, correct crown, caseback shaved, LWO283 movement used, so a gen dial and tacky can be installed.
