Not even close to cheap! but at that point ill have a killer watch. They sell for over 100k and I can sell the bracelet and gen parts if I ever want to, recover some money and scrap the case at worst if I can't find a buyer. Don't think I ever will though seems like a keeper

Thanks, decided to go alll out actually. I emailed David, he has a v72 converted to 727, in apperance I guess. Here are his words, "Train bridge balance bridge With 5 line bridge Plate have engraving to". I'll get the hands and dial from him as well. It will be a Paul Newman gold dial with correct oyster marking. So,, I will take this mvmt dial and hands and put them into either the ndt aftermarket case or a gen that I have a small chance finding. Good thing about the ndt one is that it comes with gen pushers and a gen crown. I would only be missing the tropic 21 and that should be easy to find. With my new bracelet this should end up looking and feeling very very real, I hope..

Really nice! I have one from puretime.. only mod is rep super dome changed to a gen super dome, I wish I had a 1570 to make it really special. Nice job, well done.

I was responding to another person when I said it was the one from my last thread, I meant the watch itself since he asked me for more details on the watch. Sorry about the confusion.

I bought it on eBay over the weekend from Texas. It was 9x the price of his watch.

Was worried about customs but here it is, gen 7205 18k solid gold, and it looks great. Really makes all the difference.

Good thanks, I sent the money and he has confirmed everything. I also just dropped a fortune on a real 18k solid gold rivet bracelet 7205 with 57 end links. I know its a big purchase to put on a 400$ watch but it has value, I can sell it anytime but it will add a gen quality I think.

He's exactly right those two pics are from that site, David said he had the gold pn dial so I'm not exactly sure what I'm going to get, weather it will be in a case with pushers or screw down's but I'm taking a shot again, ill post pics when it arrives.

Well, I wouldn't pay that kind of money but for 380$ I'm in love.

Seems like its thick enough though I wouldn't try doing that to a gold plated watch. I'm sure you know what you're doing. I actually scratched it on the side, tiny scratch, and I thought the steel would show through but its still gold under the scratch so that's good.
