For me a gen watch is the one that comes...and stays as it came out from the factory.You can change something only if its broken or out of work...and always replace it with the same spare number.I have many thoughts on changing on my gen GMT master the dials which are the swiss t-25 with new one,but then i will miss the original t-25 sign on the dials.This watch for me wouldbe for sure a gen GMT but no like the gen i used to have out of rolex factory. When it comes to mbws or franken watches...for me these are watches that in my hart are more gen than any other gen watch...just because i tryed so hard to make them look as i would like,and i spend so many hours on working colecting info and replace all the rep parts with gen!Randy i think he will agree with me on franken watches! Regards.

Hi Randy!The taping tool for clean up the threads is 100% nesesary?or not?Its the last mod that i will do on my 1665 and 1680.Are the threads of the mbws the same as a gen?or its 100% useful the taping tool?I think that i can snap on directly the gen tube...what do you say? Regards.

This watch came to my with no mods thanks to my dear friend Sennsi(Alan)!!In 4 days was from Singapore to Greece!!!Sennsi it was a real wonderfull transaction with you! I hope the best to you and your family!!! It came today at 4 pm at 6pm 3 mods allready done: Gen plexy(doom) Gen insert from an old vintage 1665....and waiting for a new one in 4-5 days! Gen spring bars(and tomorow i will drill bigger lugholes) ....and waiting for a gen bracelet....and crown and tube...and white dials MBW from Mickey Padge.(not this red seadweller) The watch with the new crystal was tested at 10bar in the folowing machine and passed.This was a realy great surprise!!!! And the rep MBW parts. Thanks again Sennsi!!!And my watch smith with speciality on Rolex!!! Here is the white singer dial that Mickey Padge send me yesterday! ...tomorow i will make theligholes.... Thanks for reading......to be continued for this watch! And waiting for my MBW 1680 red sub!! I removed the paint from the case back!!!!
