I saw one in the wild today, not sure if it was a gen or rep. Are the GENs sold in large quantities? and what year did they start selling this one? I'm still an AP noob so pardon my basic questions.

yes the crown does look off but it could be a bad photo angle. Ask them to send you a photo of just the crown straight on so that you can check.

I won't buy Gen Pams when the Reps are so close. Rolex on the other hand are another story.

Very nice, how do you like the strap? Looks decent in the photos but quality needs to be felt and worn.

Many seem sure N factory will be making this but there is not guarantee and no way of knowing which will be better until it's released. Wonder if anyone has done a Rep vs Gen comparison of this watch, that would be the real tell and a way to visually see the differences.

Gonna be a long wait with the recent crack downs. If you place an order, be patient.

of the two deployment clasps that I've had, none of them felt comfortable to me. Just seems like they are too big and the corners are too sharp. Either find a non Panerai deployment clasp or I guess you could try sanding them down a bit.

Not a great shot but you get the idea.

I got one about a month ago. So glad I ordred when I did. Would hate to wait so long with the current delay.
