Thanks for all the input guys, I gave it a light shake to get the balance wheel turning again and now it's lost it's tension on the crown so I'm guessing all is well at the moment, also I put wore it most of the day today and it seems to be holding perfect time again.

Hi guys I've recently got a latest version pam 111n from noob factory. Had it for a few days, I gave it a full wind the first day which lasted 2 days, then I wound it again and it was fine, I've gone to pick it up thismorning and it stopped in the night even though it's had a good wind yesterday. The problem I've got is I've now gone to wind it and it feels as if it's got a full wind as there is resistance and I cannot wind it at all. Any ideas? May sound stupid but is there anyway it can be unwound or anything I can do? If not I'll have to send it back to the dealer on my return from holiday Cheers in advance guys

If you've ordered from toro or Puretime I think the only version you'll get is the latest with vintage hands Pretty sure the only 111's in stock will also be the latest version as its so popular at the moment.im more of an omega or sub type preference but since I got my 111 I can't take it off it's such a sweet looking watch

Hi slask the difference between modern and vintage is if you look at the hands at there tips, if the lume goes past the beginning of the points on the hands then they are vintage hands. Hope that makes sense And if the lume stops before the hands start to point then they are modern hands

+1 Toshi straps are amazing quality, ordered a tan strap with natural stitching for my 3717 pilot and it looks and feels amazing.

Has anyone got a comparison between gen and an ar'd rep crystal for a planet ocean ? As i think I need to do this to my franken as its the only other mod I need to do

Only reason I ask is I've bought a bamford watch roll which is was going to use to put my reps in....here's what it looks like..a large heavy aluminium case, im sure if I go through customs both end at airport it's gonna raise alarms even though it's totally legit. http://www.bamfordwatchdepartment.com/accessories.cfm?accessory=Aluminium-Watch-Roll Also going to turkey which is predominately known for its replication of everything from watches to handbags clothes sunglasses ect, I doubt I will buy anything there as their reps are pretty crap to be honest, my problem is the return to uk and uk customs for any reason want to check bags and find my ridiculously large watch roll then try sting me for importing reps? Why never put them in checked in bags? Anyone got any advise for traveling from uk to other eu countries ? Going abroad this weekend and not sure what to do? Was thinking of taking 2 in luggage and one on wrist. Any advice be great

Great work tc looks great, I'm guessing guys this is purely an upgrade to the tc sub as the lug to lug gap is slightly bigger than gen. Do this will fill the gap and make it look gen can't wait to get my hands on one.there will be a few second hand v2 bracelets in the fs section I think

If you have a 42 mm planet ocean you can simply buy a genuine bezel and insert and it will fit straight on without modding the watch. But if you have a 45mm planet ocean all you can do is fit the genuine insert to the rep bezel.for some reason the watch construction is different on the 42 vs the 45. I bought a genuine bezel for my 45mm and there is no way without serious modding to fit it, which I think you'll be pushed to find someone who can ! I put both the gen and rep bezels next to each other and put a few pics on my thread and they really dont look any different. Take a look here . Hope this helps Ry

What's the specs on these beauties guys, I would love to build a white pam as they don't make a good one, where do I start? I'm guessing using a latest case ie 111n but using a closed case back .gen dial( any thoughts on source for dial), and I'm guessing you could use the 111n hands and get them re lumed to match the lume on the dial. Any info would be really helpful . Cheers
