maybe the zigmeister can post a little vid to show us how he does some of his magic.. Or is that the same as asking an illusionist how he performs his tricks?

I read that here too, but you can't tell me that's very accurate. Just hope someone like The Zigmeister for instance can give advice, warn for mistakes of made by noobs etc and how to avoid them of course

Hi guys, I know that there are a few great modders on this forum, and I've seen some great mods I am especially interested in learning to lume. Does one of you know were I can find a great DIY lume tutorial. With tips and tricks on how to get those sharp edges for instance, or what the best way is to remove old lume. How to get the right color. etc etc. I know it takes a lot of practice patience and probably up to a great to be able to do a good lume job on a watch, but that does not scare me off. So all experienced lumers please chime in and share your knowledge. Thanks!

Thnx for the review. Welcome fellow DSSD owner ;-) You can press in the crystal if you like. I have a BK DSSD and he has done that on this version, then it aligns nicely with the bezel insert.

Hi eurotimez, Thnx for the review but what ultimate have You used??? It does not compare at all with the BK DSSD, which is also an ultimate.. The BK has the correct blue, not the greenish you are showing here. The datewindow is also beveled on the Ultimate of BK. Only difference is hour markers. They are more correct on the V5. And the pearl. As about the crown on the crystal. I have the BK DSSD, and is is very very hardly visable.. Not like you say easy.. So all in all not a very objective review I think.

Are there already DSSD's available with the SA3135? Or does the movement not fit the noobcase?

A little update: He told me he mailed me the wrong shipping number, I received a new one. Ending on GB and this one works. So it will hopefully all turn out ok now..

The track trace does nothing unfortunately. I confronted him with the strange IT trackingnumber and he replied with this: Can you confirm your address for me. Think I've sent you a Breitling gen dial not beats. Ile be able to tell you if you can confirm the address

So what now..??

That's what I tought too.. But what now? Because the member said he was located in the UK and that he would ship from there? The trackingnumber doesn't work yet (received it yesterday) so I can't check it there.. I am getting a little suspicious..

The trackingnumber I received ends with IT. Is that possible when you ship from UK? I tought all trackingnumbers from UK ended with GB ?

I am sorry but I have a degree in economics and what you are telling here is very hard to believe for me. Let me explain to you why: But first I am not telling you are a liear. You say that "machines can just make extra movements without the high executives knowing" Let me tell you why I am 99% certain this isn't possible. A machine has a certain lifespan. Say it can produce 100.000 movements before it needs to be replaced. And lat's say the high executives order the fabric to produce 25.000 a year. That would mean that the machine would have a lifespan of 4 years. This is all documented in a financial rapport. Your contact told you the lower management would just produce like 100.000 extra. Is this case that would mean that the machine would have to be replaced in 1 year instead of 4. When the financial rapport is finished at the end of the year something like this will definitely stand out.. Because machines are 9/10 times the most valuable assets of a production fabric costs are very specific calculated. Because of that reason I can't believe the machines are just making extra movements without the high executives knowing. They just have to know or the story your connection told you is likely not all true.

The fault that bothers my the most on this rep besides the non ar cyclops is the thick rings around the hour markers. That is the same problem I see with my BK DSSD. That's why I will replace the dial with a Trevor dial. I think that is a very visible fault for someone who knows how the gen looks.

Bought some rep from a fellow member. Paid on Sunday. The seller promised me he would sent the item the very next morning and providing me with a trackingnumber. Unfortunately I did not receive a thing After mailing him in the evening he finally replied that he would ship it the next morning and again sent me the tracking. Well this morning again nothing. No reason, why not, or excuse or anything. I mailed him tonight if it succeeded sending it but no reply.. I don't mind a delay but I think it would be reasonable for him to atleast tell me he is delayed but he is leaving me in the dark..

I would like to know which Noobversion this is. Because there a some different models with different prices. What is the minimum price to have the one you reviewed? Thnx again for the review!
