  1. not a lot of interest in the newest explorer...strange because I thought it was a pretty popular model
  2. Take a look at the link and then play the movie, then you can see it.. I also like the new clasp on the bracelet. you can see the mechanics in the movie very nice!
  3. Hi just saw this on puretime, they just uploaded it 2 days ago.. This seems to be a great version. maybe some experts can have a look at it? http://www.puretime....ion-white-dial/ Finish looks great to me. They even state it has the correct cyclops AR. This would be a first on reps and a big one for new reps to come
  4. that's not touch or light sensitive.. the division watch is. But I have to say those watches look cool but not as refined..
  5. wow just saw this watch on kickstarter.. If you want something special have a look at.. http://www.kickstart...es?ref=category I recommend you watch the little movie to understand how the 2 watches work. just wanted to share it with you guys. enjoy!
  6. Sweet!
  7. Oiling/ servicing van make a big difference. But don't expect to get a Swiss back ;-) Strap will become better in time! Told you the pushers worked ;-) just press them all the way in. Hope you can mod the logo with the tips I gave you! Good luck!
  8. Go for BK. I have his DSSD, quality is superb movement runs butter smooth and keeps excellent time. He is a great TD, perhaps the best for rollies ;-)
  9. Toluene? What's that? Nail polish remover didn't work. :-(
  10. top, swiss made is also better printed on this dial
  11. Have a look for bamford rollies, they make some great ones too! Yours is cool! Like it!
  12. I love the old version, I think it's a very very classy watch but very hard to get an affordable rep of this watch that is well made
  13. Ok thanks! Will give that a try!!
  14. Have a look at my little review I did on this watch, there are also some pics of my modded logo. http://www.rwg.cc/to...-with-logo-mod/ My pushers didn't work the first time either. you have to press them in all the way.. not just the first click because that is the rubber ring you are feeling to prevent water from coming in!
  15. Bump, still can't remove the lume.. Any experts who can help maybe? Thanks!
  16. I have 3 spare dials with hour markers from Trevor so enough spares ;-) there should be some product that makes the lume dissolve.. At least I hope. And of course I have to be carefull because I do not want to damage the hour makers. I can't just put a layer on top of it because as you can see in my picture on the left dial the markers are already filled up all the way. Maybe someone can source the big hour markers without lume in it??
  17. Thanks! I have had them in acetone for a couple of days now. Unfortunately still not able to get it out! And all the other dials are so easy.. What is the secret? Pro's?? The Zigmeister? Vac? Pbdad?
  18. Nobody??
  19. It does! you can take them with you while travelling but not via post.. I know it is stupid but it is true
  20. Ok so I am going to do some lume modding for the first time. I know it is an art and requires a lot of practice and a steady hand. I am going to practice on a few cheap dials I have here, 2 hublots, 2 franck mullers, 2 breitlings and 2 rolexes. After that I would like to try this: I have a bk DSSD but I would like to fit Trevor's hour markers on the dial and superlume it. Because I think the BK dial and Trevor's hour markers are the perfect combo. Before I start reluming I have to remove the old lume first. I did some research here and tried a few, paint thinner, enamel thinner and acetone. The acetone worked great on BK's hourmarkers, but nothing seems to work on Trevor's lume. Anybody got any idea?? These are the dials
  21. It is allowed to take 4 rep watches in to the Netherlands with you
  22. IWC top gun V3 with modded logo
  23. That's because that's platinum on the gen..
