My BK DSSD did a lot of swimming and showering. Never had a problem. Now waiting on my iwc top gun to arrive, but as they say don't swim with chrono's so I won't!!

Are gen Parts available for this watch? Where to source it?

I have already decided to go with an asian 7750. And probably go with the 3789 even though i like the size of the 3799 more ( 46MM) but I don't like the faux split seconds button at ten.

Thanks, but I have also found the 379901 which should be the improved version of the 3799. Besides that it's strange that only toro has the V3 and no other dealer.. So is there really a V3???

Got a very quick reply from toro I asked him for the difference between the V1, V2 and V3. this is what he said: V1 has wrong logo V2 has correct logo V3 has correct logo and superlumed dial and hands and exact same strap as gen but still this is the 44mm model..not the 3799 unfortunatly but maybe a good alternative

so the v3 is already out haha..ok new watch to go and observe! thanks for the info! edit: just looked at his V3, unfortunatly no mention of superlume. the V1 and V2 has that. also nylon strap while there are v1 with real kevlar straps. Maybe I should buy it, review it and when I not like it sell it haha

I am looking for a 3799 double chrono IWC top gun. Have read the forum many times so get some more knowlegde about the reps of this watch. I am just looking for a good version, so I will probably be within the $300-$400 range which is fine with me. But then I saw this $900 version on puretime with swiss movement. I know it's not a 3799 version btw;-) Is this worth it or totally overpriced? Besides that I see a v1 of this watch (3799) and a v2, can anybody tell me the difference and what currently is the best version for $300-$400 range? http://puretime.co/p...swiss-eta-7750/ and this is the 3799 I found, available at multiple dealers here: http://puretime.co/p...ceramic-dopple/ But this one doesn't have the grey rings around the small dials at 12 and 6 like the gen one. Hi, I am going to ship my watch from the Netherlands to Germany to Domi to change my dial. What is the best way to ship it? What kind of packaging should I use and do I need to use a specific courier? Thanks for the help!

that sounds a bit experimental but worth a try I guess..;-) but the play is between the clicks..not that the bezel moves up or down.. but there is movement between the clicks.

Is it possible to tighten the bezel on a DSSD? And how to? there is some play in it and I find it very annoying. thanks for the help!

Actually when I worked at domino's in the netherlands (long time ago) my manager received one. He was voted best manager of the netherlands. With the rolex he got $5.000 bonus, an all payed holiday to vegas and $2,500 there to spend on gambling. Would say pretty good deal.
