Thnx guys!
I have a large selection of screwdrivers because of my repairs for iPhones of very good quality so that won't be the problem.
I need
- caseopener
- movementholder ( what size?)
- tweezers ( have them already)
- handsremoval tool ( seeing some different models, don't know which one to choose??)
- a tool to put the hands back on.
- dial protector
- fingerprotectors.
That's it right?
Does any of you know this tool dealer? experiences?
He is eu based, that's easy for me because I am eu based too..

Thanks for the detailed explanation, I will first start and buy the tools.
It seems pretty straight forward, I have some very cheap reps ( bought on the beach in Spain) and will practice on one to get myself comfortable doing it.
Once I have the tools I will post a new topic to show my progress and ask for help, which I hope I don't need ofcourse..;-)
maybe a video somewhere? always helpfull to see someone do it.
Hi,
I have a BK DSSD see below,
And I want to change the dial with trevors one because of the bigger hour markers.
What do I need to change them, where to get the tools and then How to do it?
I am pretty handy myself as I earn a living with having a company in iphone/ipad/mac repairs, so how hard is this change?
thanks for the help guys!
Hi all.
It is not a watch question but a general site question.
What are signs that you are dealing with scammers.
for instance this site: http://www.thenikefreerun.org/
to my noob eye it looks trustworthy.
But then when I search the internet I come across similar build sites.
Like this one: www.nikefreebuy.com
so can you please give some advice what to look for?
thnx!
Thnx for the advice, will give it a try!
on the site of tritec I found a lume application tool called zeller stylograph, is a tool like that available somewhere?
Would like to try that too..
And what lume do I need for a DSSD. Don't mind paying some money for it..
I will practice on magazines first like the Zigmeister said.
How can I remove the lume from the hands? some say just throw them in nail polish remover for a while.
I know he probably won't but maybe he wants to give a few tips, and especially what tools to use?
or which superluminova do I have to use to get the blue lume on my DSSD? I know chroma light is used by rolex, but is this available for noobs like me? Or are there perhaps other options?
unfortunately there isn't a topic yet here with a good tut.. funny because almost everything else is discussed here, that's what is great about this forum.
No guides yet unfortunately on this.
