I think no one ever said it is supposed to be matte, but that the noob dial was to glossy. And that it should be more matte, or less glossy;-) just what you like to hear

Ok what I have read so far on the different forums. The BP is a great out of the box rep. - superlumed - great pearl - good case - good dial - great insert - ok bracelet and clasp - 1:1 construction, largely interchangeable with gen parts The noob V2 - superlumed - great pearl - great dial - good insert, BP seems to be better because of "deeper" engravings - perfect bracelet and clasp, guys who already have one say it really feels 1:1 with gen. Top quality - it claims to be 1:1 made like BP but we will have to wait until someone tries that. So to sum it up, both reps seem to be of a very high level, I dare to say super rep, a combination of both seems to be perfect. But we need a full tear down of the Noob V2 for further details and to see if it is really 1:1 build.

Hope we will see a good BP/Noob V2 comparison anytime soon, with pics I mean;-). Want to buy a Noob V2 for review but I do not have a BP to compare it too.. in what way is this not a correct pearl? Noob pearl Gen pearl

Ahh now I understand you! Never wore a sub now or old..but I am drawn to both.. Would like the TC but then the LN version. And then this v2 also.. But funds aren't there at the moment ;-) because I am going to buy a TC for my girlfriend first..

Now let's see if they also release the blue version of this watch. Looks very very promising so far.

Always loved this watch. Maybe change the pearl for a BP one.. Then it's as good as this watch can get without going for gen parts Edit: sorry just seen the noob v2 sub and that Pearl is way better then the BP I was referring to. I like your watch and I hope the new noob sub V2 will also come in this blue version. Enjoy yours! It's a beauty

So i guess that means just swapping the insert then.. will go and search for a rep and gen one then..if there are rep inserts with decents pearls at the moment
