Which AP ROO? The Diver? If yes then I can assure that the newest AP Diver has one of the best rubber strap found reps. I used the 2nd hole (counting form the top) for my 6.5" wrist.

Would expect the TD to refund your shipping cost back. The buyer pays shipping game rule should only be applied if its for a repair/DOA issue. Sending a wrong watch should have the TD shoulder the whole responsibility.

At the amount they (employees) get paid, you dont expect them to know a lot of stuff, I expect friendly customer service more than knowledge from them. However it is a different story if they are the owner/sons of the stores, i expect them to be well equipped with knowledge and be able to ans most of my questions.

The rotor might have came loose, pretty common, easy fix. As for the crown, rolex crown are spring loaded, so that's normal. I also believe 6 min an be regulated. Not so sloppy actually, atleast it lasted a few years!

Hi guys.. I need some help here. The datewheel of my 2836 was stuck, so i open it up to take a look but the screw of the date mechanism just flew out and got lost.. Does anyone has a spare lying around? Or if anyone has a spoilt 2836 that i can use for parts, please let me know. I will of cos pay for any item/postage. The one circle in red: Many thanks.

2 position is correct, date and time. You got it from a dealer? Why not get it from CousinUK or the likes?

I doubt oiling the rotor would help in anyway. If the watch cannot charge up enough power, the problem lies most likely in the spring barrel.

If it was tested to 30m without any problem, than by screwing back the case back with the gasket properly in place should have it back to 30m.

SW200 coming out of the factory over lubed..? That is not good..QA of the mvt is why we go for the swiss option in the first place..
