Tried talking to an admin already? IMO, can hardly fault u for opening the PP dispute...but i would talk with an admin before doing that. U paid, u waited, tried sorting with the dealer, and no watch. On top of that they admitted sending to the wrong address... Hope you can get back either the watch or the money.

Understand ur frustration, just make sure u update any thread or post u posted that pinpointed the wrong dealer. Newbies who just got in the reps may rely on ur reviews.

A repost from the OP, edgematic at RG: Guys, At the end of 2010 I found out some strange things about SQL_PL, a well known polish member, long time member as well. Known for his nice pics with girls etc... You probably know who I bought a gen UPO strap from a guy on WUS, after a while I found out it was shady and that he was SQL_PL from overhere. I cancelled the deal and got my money back via paypal. I have been checking him out until today and I found out he used different usernames, and was selling on eBay, WUS, Purists (watchprosite), etc. Well known GEN watch forums and the biggest online auction platform in the world. I contacted the mods about this and they investigated the case, a few days later he got banned. Now, he is still active on those gen websites and honestly, those are actions that I cannot agree with. Selling fakes as gen is just pure SCAM and imo work of a low life... It seems he is still actively selling so I would suggest to try to report his fake items on eBay. Or contact eBay themselves. Off course it can not be leaked that we are from a rep watch forum. Would it be possible to take down all his auctions? Some of his threads: Watchuseek forum (nickname dbgs1306) Watchprosite forum (nickname watchsupplies) The Bay (nickname bg.auto) He has been selling the ceramic bezel he has for sale on eBay on Watchprosite as well, but I cannot find it, it was with another username. Fact is that he always uses the same pictures. Take a look at the AP Diver strap, it is fake. This pic proves it all (it is the newest AP Diver rep strap from the V3, 1:1 with gen, pic is from Toro): I tried to highlight it a bit with the 2 red circles, compare them with the Diver strap he sells. Anyhow, any chance to let him quit selling these fakes as gen?! It's a sad story...

Well, maybe he was scammed, so he indeed do think it is a gen. Rich people dont usually do research before buying stuff, because its pocket money for them. Either that or he just felt ashamed to admit its a rep.

Im just trying to look in their viewpoint. I do know that the TD list doesnt comse up when u do that, but that is what any newbies might be doing if they put in a little bit of effort. Instead It will brings up a lot of thread with similar questions, as u stated, but in those thread the answers are already given by other members. Thats why i suggested to "read a bit" And yes, the section isnt easily be found due to the naming, they should change it!

Gran, u are too kind already, newbies need to do some work too. Cant be spoon feeding them too much. I believe typing "trusted dealers" in the search function up there and then read a bit isnt too hard a work.

There are something call rep box. If they can make the watch, they can make the box, lol. In the pic u posted, the packaging of the shipment looks bad, using carboards instead of air bags for cushioning ??? Most dealer carries them at different prices. I do plan to get one, but not from a TD thou. E.g.

Why would one go ard calling people who own reps loser when he own so many?
