  1. Thank a lot for pointing these issues! I'll be aware.
  2. As far as overall quality of the rep, you prefer LMPO over ceramic just because of fading bazel on Ceramic version? Or is there anything else of a concern? I'm asking because Ceramic PO is really appealing to me and trying to decide which one to get.
  3. Akilles, I've contacted Josh as well and he told me similar. He had a couple of complaints of that nature but it was long time ago. Now, fading never happens. At leas that's what he said. However, I'm still worried about getting one, because of the fading issue.
  4. I took it to a local watchmaker. He opened it up and told me that several pieces weee broken inkluding spring and jewels.
  5. Hi all! I was wearing my 42mm PO great for about year and a half untill..... a bracelet came undone and the watch slammed on the floor face down. Needles to say the movement is trashed. Took it to my local watch shop and they would replace this ETA movement for the price of almost brand new rep. What do you guys think I should do? Scrap the watch and get a new one? or is there anyway do get a ETA 2824-1? Any reply would be greatly appreciated!

  9. Update! Update! Just checked CN EMS site - it is now in sorting center here in Kiev. If all goes well, I'll be a happy camper soon.
  10. I understand that and try to be as patient as I can. Nevertheless, it was departed on december 23rd. Almost a whole month - that's quite a celebration. Will see what happens...
  11. Hey guys! I woulld be happy to show you some professional pictures of the newly ordered PO, But the order seems to be lost. It is missing in action the second day after it was shipped. Also, it is my very first order of the very first replica. Don't even know what to do...
  12. Local EMS has no information about this shipping/tracking number. Joshua is sending a request to their postal system.
  13. I am in Kiev, Ukraine. dispatch from sorting center GUANGZHOU
  14. Hi, folks. Here is the thing: ordered 42mm Omega PO from Joshua on December 23rd. last tracking info available: Dispatch form customs and sorting center on Dec. 24th. That's IT. No watch. No tracking. Wrote to Joshua once, no responce. Wrote to him again taday, still waiting for his reply. I am patient, and I know that this is Christras and New Year time, hollidays and everything... But 3 weeks and nothing... I mean is this normal? How to act in this situation? Please advice! Thank you much! Kirill
  15. Very true, Ipmortr. The topic of high gen price has been discussed before. There are many "components" to the $4500, such as: cusmtoms fees, sales person salary, brand name etc. Rep is a wonderfull option thou.
  16. I hear you, buddy. I am tired of waiting for my order as well. On the 24th of Dec. it was reliesed for customs in asia and no tracking info after that date. Also, no response from the seller. I think that the only thing can be done in this situation is to be patient.
  17. Sounds like a good plan to me. At the end you'll have a fresh watch, new look! BTW, if say, you have all the part and you doing it yourself, how long would it take, one good day or so?
  18. If you lock it away for some period of time, you will start missing it after a while. Then put it on our wrist and see how it feels. After all, it's alsmost handmade timepiece. Just don't rush it, time will show.
  19. Hey guys! thak you for your replies. Here is the second take. to me it does not look much different. the 6 o'clock lume is better but the pearl is still a little off. Should I take this? Please advice! Thank you! Kirill
  20. If it was a gift for me, it would definitely melt my heart! A+
  21. So, here we go guys! Here are the QC pics for 42mm PO.I could not find anything wrong with it, exept that the littel crystal in the triangle on the bazel is not centerred. But is this something they will be able to fix? What else can you tell from these pictures? Please advice! Thank you! Kirill
  22. Nice comparison, bamcky2k! I did go to a local store who sells Omega and I absolutely loved the 42mm PO. They didn't have 45mm UPO, but I think I made my decision - 42mm PO from pc it will be! Shipping price is a bummer thou - @ $55 makes me think: what am I really paying for? Anyways, as soon as I get QC pics, I'll show them to you guys! Again, thank you much for such a valuable info! Kirill
  23. Thanks, Ryan. I must say, this is a beautiful timepiece you've got. It's also nice to know that gen and rep parts are interchangeble. One question to clear: QC pics of your watch, is it something they always give you after a checkout, or do you have to ask for them? Kirill
