  1. Have you removed the bezel, if so it should pop out, unless it's glued. If you are trying to remove it without removing the bezel, take the pear out, and gently start lifting the insert at the hole, most likely you will ruin it, but my guess is your replacing it anyway. GL

  2. yes, way off. I have the exact same dial with the 6 off, but not as bad as yours. The markers have feet on them, and when the holes are drilled off, that is what you wind up with. You must remove the marker, and either drill a new hole, or grind the lower foot off of the marker, and glue it to the dial. Not a big job, but needless in my opinion. A little QC would prevent this from happening.

  3. Around 3 or 4 months ago, we started getting watches with asian 2836-2 movements. At first they seemed like a good cheaper alternative to the swiss 2836-2. All of a sudden, around four months later, we are starting to get returns for service or replacement. THIS IS NOT GOOD. I have several swiss eta 2836-2 in watches I built in 1995, IM NOT KIDDING, they have never been touched to this day. I realize the asian eta looks nearly the same as a swiss, at half the price, but early results indicate, 'YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR' SWISS 2836-2 IS CHEAP AT TWICE THE PRICE. Just a note on the asian 2836 rotor, it says TWENY FIVE JEWELS not TWENTY. LOL
