OK guys got aline on a place http://biggiesclambar.com/hoboken2/ right down the block from path station (site of old Clam Broth House) menu is perfect for a bunch of guys & bar is fully stocked. It is the kinda place we can be a loud or get that way etc...... Prices are reasonable the owner is an old friend of my family as he went to school W/ Mom & Dad back in the day (before WW II). I can make a call get us a spot reserved. If security is a concern I can look into having a couple of guys on the payroll so to speak for the evening. Parking cars escorting our NY attendees to path station after (my biggest concern) drunk guys with a case of watches are an invitation. This being said If Meister thinks he can get a few more in NY location I am all for it, as of yet non of the Jersey guys have voiced any opinion on NY option. I of course will do whatever. Floating Sat Dec 1st evening 5,6,7 ? or the 2nd Dec Sunday 2pm afternoon thing as neither Jets nor Giants are playing we will not have a crowd to deal with.

Enough said Hike case closed as far as I am concerned. But I will take the time to explain myself. "When I sell something here, I take some time to take the shots clearly and enhance it if I could so that buyers could see what they're shopping for." I put plenty of time in but I have never taken photos in my life! Really not even birthday pictures of the kids someone else always does, hated it always. You cannot believe the effort it took just to get them out of camera figure out how to get them into my computer & then get them posted. (hours) My friend sgtguk has been asking me when I was going to sell some watches "I can't post pics" my reply, so I try. Can't just keep buying as you all know. Lighting, enhancement sorry Hike way beyond my skill set for now. I cannot buy a $500 camera to sell $500 in watches no sense (been reading up on macro pics etc). As a matter of fact thought about ways to build proper lighting thingy my major problem all the way home in car today. You had your reasons to say what you did I had mine for taking offense, both valid. As I said before I consider this matter closed. wilzan the guys do it in Europe all the time ( gtg countries away from each other) , not being a wise guy maybe we should ask them. They use mass transit a lot more than we do. I will tell you that was a concern of mine being in NY out in the open with as far they know 7-8 guys holding 70-100k of watches out on tables. I will reach out to my cousin see if I can get someplace where we know the owner & security is not a concern. By the way a Macy's shopping bag on subway is seen all the time or put some in a small duffel bag in socks with bubble wrap. daniel I would think that would be self explanatory, & yes they were not good, but you look shake head & think "good luck pal". That is my point, I do not have to do anything but as per Hike......................... I would hope everyone is aware that there are other places where reps are bad & my low end gens would sell, but I don't go there. daniel maybe just felt I would get treated better on my home turf.

Burg I have 9 with Poco, so figure 7-8 but it's not the room, we will all be bringing some watches which we will put out at times look at etc. So we need some table space. Considering this is the first time we will be meeting each other in person (for most) IMHO a private setting would be best , but maybe not. Also I always plan on meeting the lowest common denominator of cost, what is pocket change to some could be over the top for others. I have done this before.

Wow Red looks good, what time do they open ? Get there early take up the space & yes most likely 8 I do not expect everyone to show. I have other blogs I am active on (Not watches) & we rarely get all who commit.

Once was more than enough two times crossed the line, very few have the stone to do it in person once. But of course this is the net.

Red wine bar looks nice but scanning the pics anywhere for a large group to be together with watches. We going to take over the whole bar, OK with me! Steak house looks nice also, maybe as you say there we can get a big table & hang. Location nether here nor there to me. My original thought was a Sat or Sun afternoon thing as places are empty as I had envisioned us getting a big pack room table or basically having almost the whole place to ourselves. I will make a call to a connected cousin in Hoboken, hopefully he can get us what we need. Just been waiting for some normalization down there before making an inquiry.

Dear Mr Hike USA , Go take one. When I purchased these watches they were from links such as provided, that is all you get. No QC photos for gens buddy. I proved I had them as is required and would answer any question PMed me. Further more who made YOU the arbiter of what pics are good enough. And please do go with they haven't sold thread craper, this is a REP place the graveyard of gens there are some here under mine that are really nice with great pics fairly priced, no surprise not selling. I fully realized this was a bad place to sell them but this is my home so what the h*ll. If you don't have anything good to say mind your business, we often call out things stated that are not true but that is not the case here. I see you are a long time member with a lot of post but it would seem you aren't around much anymore as you would know me then hopefully conduct yourself with a little more class and consideration. PS To all I post this here because being petty and demeaning to another member is not the conduct I have experienced since joining the community. We are better than that, I hold myself to higher standard some obviously do not.

Rick I thought of that but if I hit the button & it stops accidentally I have no time to jerk around with it in the ER. Could be a life or death couple of seconds while both my hands are tied up in the act of engaging, if I need to time something it's gotta be there every time.

After extensive search & some PM help with Pam knowledgeable wolf no Rad reps with lg seconds. There are some Lums I found & the new 29 gmt is nice. This being the case I guess no Pam for work must have the wire lugs of the rad.
