  1. You have to remove the insert from the bezel. It will be attached with two sided tape. Once that is off, the small retaining ring will plop out
  2. Beautiful job M. Very sharp.
  3. Well it's now about 30 mins away from me. Will be arriving at the office in about 40 hours. Should interesting
  4. Not sure there is a specific MK, but that is a service insert (there are a couple of variations).. Lumi dot. Although it's uncommon to have service inserts with kissing 40. Maybe too much ink on the pads during the printing. I'd say market value is $175-225.
  5. Removing the bezel will all so remove the retaining ring... Thereby only leaving the crystal and the gasket; which will immediate fall off since there is no longer any compression. This is the same as gen. The challenge is putting it all back together.
  6. Not in Canada [emoji4]
  7. Its in Paris now. Getting warmer. Giddyup.
  8. Fedex says the package is now leaving Chennai... But the seller is located in Delhi, which is on the opposite side of the country (India is huge by the way). Should we be worried?
  9. I think installing a gen subC bezel/insert is the least documented mod on RWG.. someone needs to draft up a tutorial pronto.
  10. @live1. What die or tool do you use to put press the retaining ring? Is the insert mounted on the gen bezel first? or after the retaining ring secures the bezel?
  11. I'm generally quite happy with my cyclope-less subs [emoji4]
  12. Mine says 5/26. Looks like I'm first. Will post comparison pics to gen 114060 (assuming bezels are the same)
  13. Maaayyyybe . U smart.
  14. Well, I will enjoy my popcorn waiting for the mailman to arrive . WTF right?
  15. I'm willing to volunteer as a guinea pig if someone will split it with me. I only want the bezel/insert assembly if someone only needs the dial. He will not split them up.
  16. If you have calipers, outer diameter should be 37.65mm, ID should be 30.7mm But looks good to me despite the crappy photo. Need a closer/clear pic of the back
  17. I don't care if it's gen or not. I wouldn't spend $50 on an auction with zero feedback for the seller
  18. Haha. Cmon. Really? Did you make alot of money? [emoji4]
  19. OP's interests include "play game". Well so far this has been marginally entertaining. What exactly is "professional body functions"? Lol
  20. Also, what is the part I've identified in this schematic? I have a gen 114060 right in front of me, but don't want to start the surgery until I know exactly how to put this f--ker back together. Any help is appreciated.
  21. Has anyone here removed and reassembled a gen sub C bezel assembly? If so, what die (or other) did you use to press the retaining ring over the gasket (some have suggested a IWC movement ring or DJ bezel for the BP/Noobs.. but not sure if those are the right size for a gen sub C)....? Did you install the gasket first, retaining ring and then press the crystal on (as I've seen in one BP tutorial) or did you put the crystal on the gasket then press the ring with the crystal in place? Or, does the insert need to be on the bezel first, and then the whole assembly pressed onto the case? I guess what I'm asking is, How is a gen Sub-C bezel reassembled? Any tips would be appreciated. Here is a link to one rep reassembly tutorial: http://www.rwgforum.net/topic/160674-bp-sub-c-bezel-assembly-question/ Also, if you removed the gen insert from the bezel, did you use the same plastic retaining "clip" or did you have to source a new one?
  22. I dont think thats the triangle dial hes looking for. Look at the 3,6,9 markers.
