  1. More and more as time goes on. I wear it far more than any gen (including Patek) that I have. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Shucks, was hoping for a magic solution. I think I will wait for the next A7750 issue to arise and then replace when I have to replace the movement. Given the A7750 in 2 watches, that could be anywhere from 2 days to 2 years. [emoji1] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. So I have a gen coronet on the way to install on a DW 6239. If all goes well I will search for a couple more to do my other DWs. Question for those that have done this--can I do this from the front side or must the dial be removed? I have had one DW apart and failed to note if the coronet was attached with a post or not. And getting the dang hands back on and aligned was NOT FUN so I would like to avoid that again if possible. If I can remove carefully from the front I would love to know and tips for dial safety if you have them! Thanks in advance! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  5. For a Cartel case I would suggest the Athaya 702 crown. Will make the small crown protectors much less noticeable. And you can always have the lug holes drilled out too but if that doesn't bother you just get the 702 crown. Definitely will make a big difference. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Nice! Love the 702 crown. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Been on a 6239 kick for awhile but decided to get this beauty a new crystal and been wearing it all week. Nice to take a long break from something and make it feel almost new again! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  9. So I know this isn't the tech section, but does anyone know a reasonable, rep friendly watchmaker who will work on a 7750 Daytona? I have one with a Swiss 7750 that needs service and another that needs a movement swap. I thought I could remove the reversing and reduction gears myself, and I did, and I even got it back together several times but always with some issue. My local watchmaker who has bailed me out in the past says he does not like to work on the 7750 so I am in desperate need of help as I love these watches. Any leads greatly appreciated. 10. Fantastic! Much prefer the silver bezel!
  11. As a child growing up in the 70's, my first attraction to watches was my father's 1960's Omega Constellations on a Speidel twist-o-flex bracelet. I loved that watch and my dad even let me wear it now and then. Last night I remembered I had a cheap old watch of my uncles in a drawer that had a stretch bracket in it. In honor of my father and my uncle I am wearing it today, channeling some 1970's bling!
  12. Very, very nice! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  13. Not perfect but pretty good. If you don't want it let me know I might be interested. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  14. Thanks alligoat. I have one on order that should work. I think there are several versions. Of course I won't try to replace until the current one completely quits. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
