Congratulations GhostfaceZX and thank you very much Ubi for posting such a generous contest. You are an assest to this forum and with all the stuff that's been going on around here in the past few months, it's nice to get back to the way this forum should be, light and fun with all of us helping each other out

The first rep I purchased had a very small chip in the crystal right on top of the 7 hour marker. But I was afraid of dealing with customs going back and forth and you can't see it unless your looking for it so it doesn't bother me. If it bothers you that bad and you won't be able to enjoy the watch, send it back or see what the seller can do to help you out.

I'd like to eventually get: modded MBW 1680 (white letter).... a man can dream can't he GMT Master II Moonwatch Those are the biggies for me right now. I'm sure the list will grow quickly.

Not sure if this'll work on the chrono, but I have the SMP GMT and all I did was sit my watch in front of a warm window with the sun comin' in for about 10 min. and then slowly slid the insert into alignment. The heat melts the glue just enough to slide it with a little force. Looks almost like a different watch lined up right. Hope this helps

I just ordered a Seiko diver a few days ago and I can't wait to get it on my wrist and not be afraid to dive in the lake with it!

I woke up this morning and picked a watch like usual, but when I got to work I was wondering what in the world possessed me to grab my quartz Seiko from the watch box..... I mean it's a great watch and everything, but all day whenever I check the time, I'm wishing I would have grabbed my SMP. This isn't the first time this has happened so I was wondering if any of you guys ever put on a watch and get tired of it by midday or wished you would have put on something else?

At this point I think it's going to take a lot of convincing to get most of the members here to continue business with the larger dealers here who after 12 pages of posts, appear to be lying or misleading their customers. I personally have had no problems with any of the dealers, but I would like to see certain things change. I prefer quality over quantity and would much prefer instead of thousands of reps to choose from, most of which being not accurate reps.......a couple hundred reps to choose from, but all accurate and have had undergone some form of quality control. I know this is a long shot, but I feel that the few reps I have need to be babied almost, whereas the seiko I have which costs the same can go through a few lakes and oceans without a hiccup. I know that I'm fairly new, but since I've been on the forum, I've also felt this weirdness in the air and I just want all to return to happiness and trustworthiness here in the land of Oz

I ordered the SMP GMT from Andrew for the time being. It's the Asian with the wrong caseback, but I don't mind, because it's not the accurate movement anyways and the Asian looks great!
