Welcome to the forum. You are going to love the PO that you ordered. It has a nice heavy feeling to it and most people cannot tell it from the gen.
Hamilton watches are nice. I have the Khaki Frogman Chrono with Valjoux 7750 and the Khaki Frogman.
Again Welcome.
Richard,
I wish you the best in your efforts. I am going to give up chewing tomorrow. A friend of mine went to a hypnotist after smoking for nine years. He never smoked after that...ate like hell though Good luck.
..I am giving up chewing tobacco tomorrow. I have tried several times and thought tomorrow would be good since I am making a trip to the dentist to get my teeth bleached. Nicotine is a very hard substance to give up, but I know that it can be done. I started chewing when I gave up smoking unfiltered camels for fourteen years...cough..cough..and my wife plus my two wonderful children are two excellent reasons to quite...
...on a more somber note..I can hardly stand wearing watches anymore I suffer from ulnar nerve compression and median nerve compression in my left arm. Wearing watches aggrevates my median nerve at the tranverse carpal ligament (carpal tunnel) as I tend to wear my watches right above the radial styloid....on my right extremity I suffer from a ganglion cyst on the dorsum with origins being the scapholunate joint. This is right were your wrist flexes with the metacarpals in the hand. Right under the damn caseback of my watch.....
...guess things could be worse. After wearing watches since childhood it feels as if I am walking around nude Now I am forced to carry on old Elgin pocket watch all the time..oh well..could be much worse....this was the last watch I wore, briefly for a couple hours today....didn't even pay attention to the date window..depressing
Not at all. I was in there trying on watches and the sales representative asked to clean my watch. I took it off and he cleaned it and gave it back. Then I gave it to the owner to look at it. The story was that I took the watch in there because it was 'not keeping accurate time'. After a few minutes the owner called me to his office and pointed out the flaws. He was acutually impressed with the overall 'feel' and look of the watch. Basically, indistinguishable to the untrainded eye. After that we walked across the street and ate lunch..mainly I listened to his stories and we exchanged our list of favorite watches. I had told him that my wife had bought the watch for me while in Chicago. He just hoped I did not pay to much for it. It was a nice learning experience.
@Raijor,
many good point my friend. Yes the web has allowed for millions to access the world of replicas. However, we still must find ways to protect our dealers and limit the traffic through these doors.
Pugwash is right again. Many exciting things happened last year and the momentum from last carried over into our current year. The Hublot Big Band, Tag Carrera, Breitling Superocean, are just a few examples of the superior quality that our dealers are offering. We need to be hush hush and establish a better way to shelter this forum.
I saw the face shot and it cannot be of his ex. Her body...ah...still thinking about the watches...clothes..sexy poses...underwear...breast...OMG that woman does not have that face..if so I guess he gave it to her in the rear :yucky:
