@ original poster, I have an old case 196 (ETA7753 version, not A7750) that a member me offered $1,500 for, and i have scene them listed here for that range +/-. hope that helps. ...didn't sell it BTW, its it's too nice!

is the bracelet tapered like the gen?

So, from what i have read, the model with he most accurate dial/hands is the version with the non working PR? correct? Can the date wheel on this model be modded? I'm guessing i'm into the watch for about $1000 with mods and all. so considering the rarity, i don't think i would consider letting it go for less than $1200 to $1500...but i do agree with slay, seems like a lot to pay for a rep... thanx for all the input guys, and if i decide to sell it i will PM everyone who has PM'd me when i post it here in the sales forum....
