Thats what I mean, it would have to be a gooood deal to buy from an AD, and I have purchased maybe 5 new Rolex Sport Models over the past 10 years, all I have sold later on, however I got 15% on an LV when they first came out, and 20% on a SS Sub, 15 on a TT SUB I dont think its uncommon to get 20% off on a Full Gold Rolex. I guess it depends on where you live, relationship etc, no probs, no good discount I would just go somewhere else, oh and folding stuff helps. I know guys who walk into Rolex dealers in HK and fork out $45 000 CASH on table, and they get bloody good discounts! LOL Cash Talks, Credit Cards walk! I dont buy Gens anymore, cost me too much and now I have kids. Maybe a nice Simple Patek $8000-$10 000 when I retire in 25 years.

Too True Guys, I had a Gen 111 but sold that 2 years ago, seeing what the new Reps are like I wouldn't purchase another Panerai. However a once in a lifetime purchase of a Patek Philippe is another story! Where did I put my Lotto Ticket again.......

Yep the US have their own rules, no offence guys, I remember I sent a Gen GMT Master to the States late 1999 and I didnt know that Rolex had a trademark importing thing going on with the US Govt, they seized my Gen Rolex and it took 8 weeks to get it back with Rolex lawyers after i told them it was a gift and I didnt SELL it to this person, I learnt from that lesson and never ship now to the states the Gen article, apartentley this is the only country with this in place. I can understand protecting your Brand, but come on, that much power is crazy. Same thing happening with this internet thing I guess......

Anyone else worried about about these proposed Internet laws, if these go ahead do you think they will affect the dealers sites, because of copyright issues etc???

I know, I am torn between the Noob 005 and 247LE, I just dont know which is better??? My thinking is leaning towards the 247LE as it would be super rare to ever be caught out on it because most would have never seen one to compare, I may have my thinking wrong?????? I dont know.....

Hi Guys, Has anyone got the Pam 247 Ferretti? By checking the watch out it really looks like it's 111 with a different caseback and buckle all the other parts of the watch look to be the same. Andrew says the "quality is excellent" and best 1:1 Pam yet. If anyone has any pics or opinons that would be great. Cheers Paneraiguy

Hi Guys, I am in the market also for a good FM Model now, and it seems by the search fuction there hasn't been much going on with these as of late so I am asking the question. I would like to purchase an accurate FM watch, I dont mind which model however the Casablanca's,Crazy Hours and chronos look real good!! Gold plated or Steel, however I do like gold! LOL So suggestions please, especially from owners and your experience with these is much appreciated, the most important thing I am looking for is accuracy and reliablility. I should add the rehaut is all lined up, and to me looks perfect, except for Steelonx on the clasp! Lol oh and I think there should only be 1 dot on the gold models on the crown, not 3???

Hi guys, just received my BK Blue Ceramic Sub, and WOW what a watch!! Thanks BK My question to owners of this watch is, would you be comfortable in wearing this watch around people who deal in gen luxury goods day in and day out? I'm not talking about going into dealers but more so if you run into "watch people" do you think they would pick it as a fake? And have you ever been asked to take your watch off?
