And Speedy Moons arent THAT rare. He could flip it, and buy the rep(s)...and if he decided that he'd made a mistake, but another Speedy.

I sold a gen (Oris TT1 diver on bracelet) a few years ago to fund 3 reps (Ti Breit Chrono Avenger on UTC/ old case PAM196/ and an ETA electric blue Seamaster I think). I have never regretted it a bit.

This is my first, and last comment on the subject....but my perpetual opinion.
I like to think that the forum/admin are here to maintain an ethical (yes, I get the irony) environment for buying/selling reps. I guess there are multiple interpretations to the concept of 'keeping us from getting scammed'.
Thats why I only buy 2nd hand now!

Bro, you gotta get out more. There are Seikos that get into the stratosphere price-wise...
Case in point:

Quick and dirty shot of what has become my daily wearer....Ive been down to 25 feet with her many times, and she never missed a beat. Couldn't be happier.
The good 'ole 087.

Ive been sorta happy with my power reserve Bell & Ross for the past few months, but I'd really like a better one. Has anyone come out with a more spot on rep? Or are they at a standstill due to lack of demand? Which ones dont have the hex bolt heads on the back? Thats the 1st DEAD giveaway on my PR IMO.
Any advice?
Thanks,
D
Eh, no worries. I was drunk when I created the thread...and hung over when I read your reply. lol
I just thought the mvmnt looked a LOT like it had the classic rep sticker on it. Especially around the regulator.

Well, my 1st inclination is to say keep it and dont F with it. But I think the idea of putting it in a watch with a display back is a fine way to revere it/him. Of course keeping the PW case safe for a later reinstallation.
