My experience with iOffer has been different. I ordered, paid, and then received a message from iOffer that the sellers account has been suspended for violating the ToS. Tried emailing the sellers address on the paypal account, but nothing back yet. Probably going to wait a week and open a dispute.

Im pretty sure I could tackle the R&R myself after doing a bit of reading. I'd have to get the proper movement (was sold as an asian 21j movement.) Would the movement come with a new stem and crown? Other than the most obvious answer of a magnet, how would a movement become magnetized?

Good Evening Gents, I started this hobby a few years ago when I purchesed a GMT Master 2 from a site i was given by a friend that was into reps (they're not a TD here, nor would I recommend them) The watch started to run fast on me, gaining a min a day or so. Towards the end of its life, I could no longer adjust the 24hr hand, the watch was gaining 15+min a day, and finally the crown broke off of the stem. Does anyone think it would be worth servicing? The watch does have some sentimental value as it was my first rep. Any recommendations of someone in the CONUS to fix this? Cheers!

Thanks Pete! I'll look into the upgrade. I'm getting used to the layout here, much different than other forums I'm a part of. Also, placed an order with Toro today. Hope I have a lot better experience with this one that I have in the past ordering from another site.
