Very, very impressive! You have just inspired me to do something with mine from silix.
Thanks for sharing this.

I really don't follow hockey too much. I went to an Oiler's game in December and watched one playoff game; that's it. Lots of people here in Provost cheer for the Oilers, but some are Flames fans too.

Orange 45mm with black rubber strap all weekend for me.
Going to hit the links on Sunday!

I live in Provost ... only 3.5-4hrs North-East of Cowtown.

Uncle Ralph is the Premier of Alberta.
-
Well, with all the money in that city and with Uncle Ralph giving it back to us..gens for all!!!! I love Alberta!
Calgary is an awesome place. My sister lives there and we visit quite a bit. I like to go to 17th ave. sw and have a pint at The Ship and Anchor. A must visit.

That is a very nice piece. Good job! I love the date mag on it.
-
And Mexico is also N. America. We can't forget about them...
Just kidding...I like your poll.
-
I remember the last "where are you from" poll only had US, Rest of N. America, etc. There was quite an outcry from Canucks.
-
I'm glad Canada got added this time...

Very, very nice! Excellent work on an already good example!
-
Very nice Seadweller.
It is nice to see a white dial, too.
-
I got the Asian 45mm and like it. The only thing I don't like is that the bracelet isn't the curved one and the clasp engraving is etched. It also doesn't have the "planet ocean" on the clasp. Pluses include the cool looking caseback and the nice dial.
Also, what size is your wrist? Is it small or large?
Ultimately, it's your decision...make yourself happy.

The problem that occurs with this Silix Version is that the crown tube will be stripped in a sec and the crystal is cheap plastic. So order the Silix Bond Version and the Silix Milgauss Version. Take the Crystal, Case, Tube and Crown from the Milgauss and the dial from the Bond and you're done.
I have been thinking about doing that for the last 4 months. Those two were the first reps I bought when I joined the old RWG. I was going to do it, but sold the Milgauss to a co-worker.
Great looking watch!

I also had a great time chatting with him on msn. A super guy with lots of patience who answered every little question I had.
-
Well, it is a nice watch and you did a good job "vintagizing" it!
Too bad the Doctor has a stick up his a$$ ... maybe you could extract it for him.
-
I just wish they would fix the CG's on the vintage subss like they did with the newer subs.

It's a lottery! You found the winning inscription!! You're a winner
If you send this watch back to the rep factory you'll win 10.000 rep Seamasters
No, you mean 10.000 rep SeaNasters

Screw the watches. I want a set of those Ping irons and Callaway woods ...
I just pm'd for a price...I need a new set of clubs!

That poker table keeps taking all mine, too.
I think your bug is about to be squashed...

Very nice work on a very, no, extremely important project. Your extreme patience and motivation to finish without giving up are something to admire!
Good job and hope it keeps time for a long while!
