  1. Hi First up you obviously missed the notice in my store stating I will be closed for a short while. I am open again and working but you message is still a little way up the list, probably get to you tomorrow That BB logo is in fact the new style logo they have started using, that said don't order Burberry as my sales rep just told me this morning the only good factory has been closed by police.   2. Like LK states yes they do have their own softgoods production and yes some of the goods I have seen are excellent quality but then some not. I think by and large the Chinese are better simply because they have to be, jobs are not so easy to come by there. Ken

  5. I need to bump this as I have received 30 emails since I posted it. No offence to the members who have mailed me but this is the very same reason why I have a PP dispute at the moment, the customer did not read my 'close down' notice and feels that I should have personally contacted him (as well as 50 others) to inform him. Ken
  6. Guys we are back at the negotiating table so I ask for no more replies at this stage. It is possible that whereas I normally can not take a non faulty return that in this case i may have another buyer, I have however told the OP nothing happens until the PP dispute is dropped. So it's a wait and see at the moment. Ken

First up I wasn't referring to you Pete but to the others thinking that a lesser known brand like JLC would go unnoticed or the reference that suggested only Panerai was a problem. @Old Pete if you specified a triangular UK delivery and the watch was seized between the dealer and his forwarder then it's not your problem and the watch should be replaced. That said however I wasn't aware that Josh or Andrew offered a UK forwarder option. Ken

  13. The problem here is the extra security surrounding the Olympic's, it is the reason I stopped shipping to the UK over the duration. That said there has been a lot of misunderstanding in this thread. For a start any replica goods...any brand of watch any softgoods...face the same risks during shipping. All goods will ALWAYS state 'Handed over to customs. Your item has not been seized until you receive notice from the customs, therefore a dealer (who will reship) will not do so until he has the draft of the customs letter stating the seizure. Ken
  14. Ok there have been inquires on this bag so when/if the OP contacts me there is an option to resell the bag that didn't exist before. Therefore at least this thread has served some purpose. Ken

  16. Nils what you keep stepping around here is that there is nothing wrong with the bag, the genuine is shiny you simply did not check it out enough before purchase, that is your fault not mine. If you had purchased a Pepsi Rolex from a watch dealer and then complained the blue or red on the bezel was not the shade you like do you think you would have a valid claim if the dealers colour were correct with gen? Ok the YSL has never been requested before and the Prada I believe the last one was sold over a year ago, so if I am to have any chance or reselling these items I will have to greatly discount them (not forgetting I already gave you a discount) so who is going to pay the shortfall? If the community says I have done wrong by you I will eat the costs and refund the bags, but this is not Amazon you had all the pic's and information from me to decide before the bags were shipped.   21. Why do you think that returning perfectly good items is an option? What do you expect me to do with them? Give them to charity? All this is simply buyers remorse because you did not check carefull what the genuine bag looks like and now you want me to be out of pocket to cover your own laziness. Ken
