I'm putting this in GD as 90% of my customers don't know where my sales site is Bergies will be closed for business for tomorrow and the next day (Monday and Tuesday AEST) and will be open again on Wednesday due to the Chinese Tomb Sweeping Holiday. I will still be here to fend questions but wont be able to ship orders on those 2 days. Thank you Ken

I am so totally stunned with this response A, as a long time team member yourself you should know that the one thing we wont do is ban a member without our own investigation. We received information on this at approximately 1 or 2 hrs before you started this thread, what's that less than 24hrs? I do agree with you on the point that the RWG have a moral obligation to get to the bottom of this and lynch mob or not we will do so to our satisfaction not yours or anyone else from other boards who really do not have the full facts in front of them. Right now the most damning info we have is not in fact from Edge (which is full of unsubstantiated claims) but from Robert and that was from 2009, 3 years ago, but you want to get on our case in less than 24hrs. I think the number one thing that would really help is that replies to this thread are now left to people who are directly involved. Ken

The Admin team has been alerted by a couple of sources and we have been talking other admins for the full low down. This seems an incredible fall from grace for Maciek, but of course his long standing wont protect him if he is scamming. Ken

Ok my people are saying that many small factories and only a few large factories have been raided. They say there is 2 main reasons (1) Yes the genuine brands have put another rocket up the Governments bum, this happens from time to time and then it goes back to business as usual. (2) Once a year the Chinese police have what they call 'Customers Day' (which is now) and although it is called a 'Day' it usually runs between 1 and 2 months and consists of raids and such on replica factories and sellers. During this time replica sellers simply move there work hours to after 6pm. Ken
