As you would all be aware CNY is fast approaching. My last date was supposed to be the 15th of Jan after which resumption was not to be until the 12th of Feb. However this year my sales rep asked to leave early as her sister was getting married, her last day was on the 10th but she did arrange for someone to work with my orders until the 15th. Unfortunately this someone worked on the 11th and then disappeared. My sales rep has offered to travel to a PC cafe from her home town to keep us in business until the 15th but there are two significant problems with this (1) It is a 6hr round trip (2) No one on hand in Gaungzhou to check orders before they ship. I have told my sales rep that if she can track down the other rep in Gaungzhou I will work up until the 15th but the most likely scenario is that Bergies is now shut until the 12th of Feb. All paid orders have been shipped so it is to all those that have put in requests for goods that I apologize to and say please come back after the CNY. Kind regards to all Ken

You do realise that red is a part of the Admin team here right? Have you thought that maybe your insistent contacting means nothing when the other party is simply not here? Many may notice that I am often logged on all day but I assure you that I am often not even in my house let alone in front of the computer. Ken

And besides Offshore would buy rum with my $300 not scotch Ken

I have had this happen a couple of times, in fact my account is still dead from the last scammer. The first time the guy took me for $1100 worth of suits, he simply stated not as described over 3 Months after purchase. I asked PP how he could even start a claim more than 45 days after purchase and they said he lodged through his credit card (up to 120 days), so I got all the info together, I found out through a friend in homeland security that the buyer was a petty thief and that the name on the CC was an alias, I also pointed out he had made no attempt nor was interested in returning the goods...and I lost. PP simply said it was out of their hands because it was his CC provider, but at the same time they obviously didn't bother to pass on any of the info I gave them. The most recent one was from a member called 410 he put in a large order and 2 bags arrived damaged, I gave him two options to fix including to pay to ship them back and replace them, he wanted instead $1000 worth of goods to make himself right, I said no so he started a PP dispute. Some idiot a PP debited my account and paid him back in full then to cover his tracks claimed I was given a tracking number and goods were returned. Well they are still trying to get me to put the account back in the black but I keep asking them to show me the tracking number Ken

Actually I think (if I remember correctly) the fake eggs saves about 2 or 3 cents an egg, that might not sound much but when you consider that a factory worker makes about $3 a day think of the profit if the same person spent all day making dozens of these eggs. Ken -
I'm guessing this is a lurker. Judging from his poor English there is probably a number of explanations, including the fact that he doesn't realise that our watches are replica's. Of course the scary part is that he has been able to get your phone number, it seems he does have a contact here and you will need to think of who you have given your number too. Ken

except that lack the marque of high end watches R. Their top of the line stuff make be as good as any watch but that doesn't make them high end any more than a volkswagon can be compared with a porsche, even though they are owned by the same company. Ken
-
Cheapest High end watch? Pretty sure you will find that amongst the Longines range. Seiko do make good watches and have done so for many years but the are more the volkswagon of the watch fraternity. Ken

You think that's bad? Paypal is still trying to get me to pay them over $500 to bring my old account out of the red. My beef is that they claimed after doing the dispute investigation that they found in favour of the buyer because (1) He gave me a working tracking number and (2) I have received the returned goods....both are false claims. Every time PP contacts me I ask them to show me the tracking number, I have even said that if I give this to a lawyer the first thing he is going to want to see is the tracking number. But they simply refuse to face the fact that some idiot in their employ paid off a scammer and is now trying to cover his mistake, Ken

Shows how much of a joke Paypal are. Ken Edit; Someone actually mentions that as a possibility in the replies R.

All the best for 2012 for you and your's R. Ken

Seller warning not to post QC pics on forum, is this normal?
KB replied to picoweb's topic in General Discussion
Personally I think dealers need to have full faith in their QC pic's, by that I mean allow buyers to do as they want with them. So what if they are nit picked, in the end the senior members will tell them that it is either the best the watch gets or that there is something very wrong with the watch, which is the whole point of QC pic's anyway. Or they need to go back to simply supplying the factory pic's and dealing with any issues as they arise. QC pic's are suppose to work both ways, it also saves the dealer a lot of time and money to find out the watch has, obvious, issues before they ship it. It might sound like I have a bug in my bonnet over this, well I bloody well have, because of this whole QC business where dealers, supposedly, send unique pic's of a $300 to $400 watch I now have customers asking for QC pic's on $19 shirts, or one order from a watch dealer needs QC pic's of one item where I need to supply QC pick of half a dozen or more items. If they want to have QC pic's then the have to give them with no strings attached. Ken -
So Jan 1st in Melbourne Australia turned out to be a bright and sunny 36C. Took the family to the beach and now I have a nice case of sunburn to go with my hangover... I'm trying to be happy...honest... Ken

parcel from china to uk has turned up in usa...any ideas?
KB replied to bamcky2k's topic in General Discussion
One question... If it shows as in the US with USPS, why are you also tracking it with parcelforce? It sounds to me like your package is exactly where it is supposed to be and maybe parcelforce has a wrong number or digit on the one you found in their site. Ken- 18 replies

Yes it was and Ron (who I still occasionally chat to on MSN) folded the site when we started this one. In his words the new RWG so well covered all the aspects of our hobby that there was no longer any need for WT. Ken
