    Nope. Toro said they were working on it back in the spring. As late as June he said it would be released in July. Now his only response to inquiries is "not available". In typical toro minimum words style!

    Am I the only one who thinks that nothing exciting has been released by the rep manufacturers recently?   Nothing has even tempted me in months.

     

    I've been on the edge of my seat waiting for the promised Bronze U-Boat Chimera.   Toro had mentioned several times that this was scheduled for release in July.   Obviously July is long-gone and we hear is crickets.

    i would like to add some of my bronze ownership experience with a genuine bronzo.

    in the middle transition phase of patina from new (let's say 3-4 months) of natural wear, perspiration, salt water air but no submerging of any type of water... The watch turned a reddish copper color and the polished plots on the bezel had a blue/purple hue and look to them.

     

    Now about a year later. Same wear not in water of any kind but on the beach about 4x a week, it's much darker and yellow instead of reddish.

    what do you gather from this besides constant change and patina, which is a natural occurrence? I guess the reason I bring this up is because I had at one point a very red bronze tone with the genuine cusn8
