  1. I took the pictures and edited them. Do we all not enjoy a little watch prOn?
  2. Here are a few pics of YllwTrb's Hublot's. Some of us would feel lucky enough to own one of these beauties, but he managed to procure two of them! Here are his Rose Gold and Black Magic HBB's. Enjoy!
  3. Not bad at all! Don't forget to set the white balance on your camera if it is possible. Otherwise you can fix the color in post like Jiro shows
  4. Thanks again for all of the compliments. And thanks for noticing my photography TWP! I agree the strap definitely gives it a dark look...hence the "stealth" She likes it and that's all that really matters. She wears it like a piece of jewelery more than a watch. I will have to score another strap for her, perhaps in a more exotic color. The red does sound like a good idea.
  5. Thanks for the compliments everyone. Yes Noctilumina has a reputation for being grainy, but I really have not had that problem. I make sure to mix it real good and it seems to work well. I really need to get some Tritec in my toolbox though.
  6. Here are a few more shots of the 112h that I modded. I have it on my custom "tootall" baseball strap. The straps was made out of my little league catchers mitt that is 20+ years old. Here is the mod list: CG Mod - Tight and smooth like a gen Cannon Pin Fix Superlume Hands & Dial w/ Noctilumina Waterproofed Big thanks to Flavor Flav for his guidance!
  7. My girlfriend mentioned she wanted a Panerai so I surprised her with a PVD 111. She was thrilled Unfortunately, as her wrist is under 6", the rubber strap I originally put on was very uncomfortable even with the extra hole punch. Luckily my good friend, he goes by allbut6 here on the board, has started making custom straps and offered to make a custom "shorty" strap for her. In keeping with the PVD theme he picked out a nice black leather. He also did some great stitch work on the strap as well. On top of the custom strap I also performed the works on it as well. It got a 111 sandwich dial, full relume with Noctilumina, cannon pin fix, and of course I tightened up the crown guard lever. Here a few shots of my latest work. And here are a few shots of the watch on her wrist. For reference she has a 5 7/8" wrist. Very tiny... Any and all comments appreciated!
  8. I sent an email...did not get a response.
  9. A huge +1 Flav is an asset to the community and it would be a real shame to see him taken out of the game.
  10. Thanks for the compliments guys! I purchased this one from TWP. I actually have another one on the way from Ruby and I will compare the two when I receive it.
  11. Damn those are some nice pics!
  12. Wow, never thought I would be taking pics worthy of being wallpaper Here is a link to the hi res version of that pic if you would like: Right Cick - Save As
  13. I plan to write up a more complete review...but here ya go. Yes the clasp is secure, no problems there. The band is rubber and seems very durable. Add that to the quartz movement and it's a great tool watch that was designed specifically to hit the links with. Those are Nike Power Accuracy balls...bought them a few years ago and haven't used a few of them yet.
  14. Right Cick - Save As For Hi-Res The Tiger Woods Tag Heuer Golf Watch has finally been repped properly. Previous versions have left us wanting a more accurate replica, and this time around the replica makers have left me satisfied. The dial is properly reproduced to represent the dimples of a golf ball. These are highly pronounced and give the dial a personality not found on other watches. Conventional watches often get in the way or affect your swing in a negative manner. Tiger Woods and Tag Heuer have eliminated the common problems associated with a regular watch. The Profession Golf watch was designed specifically to be worn while playing a round of golf. The first major obstacle was the clasp. Quite often a standard clasp can feel awkward and often hurt a players wrist. Tag Heuer integrated the clasp into the watch head with a revolutionary patented system. This is replicated very well on this version and the clasp closes tight and leaves no worry that it could possibly open unintentionally. The clasp is deployed by pressing the push buttons located at the 10 & 2 o'clock markers. To further improve the comfort of the watch, the crown was moved from the 3 o'clock position to 9 o'clock. The crown on the replica does not screw down, so by no means would this version be considered water resistant. Be sure to take cover when the rain starts falling! Or at least pop it in the waterproof pouch on your golf bag Tag also utilized a ultra-flexible rubber strap for convenience. The strap never slides, prevents any shock on the wrist and adapts its length to any change in wrist diameter. The strap is adjustable by deploying the clasp and clicking back the "Tag Heuer" marked lever. After you adjust the rubber to the appropriate length, just move the lever back into place and it snugly grabs the rubber strap. In order to make the strap fit my wrist properly, I had to cut a portion of the rubber strap away. Since the adjusted portion of the strap is inside of the back of the watch, there is no room for additional strap. "Its so incredibly light you literally forget it’s on your wrist--until you need it." - Tiger Woods One of the first things I noticed when I received my watch was just how light it was. A regular watch is often too heavy and your swing and putting precision can be affected. The genuine is made of ultra-light titanium, stainless steel and silicon rubber. The genuine Tag Heuer Golf Watch weighs only 55 grams. The replica follows this trend and is also extremely light. Another reason I typically do wear a watch during a round of golf is the wear and tear on an automatic movement caused by repetitive and violent shocks generated by golf swings. The genuine as well as the replica both house an accurate and reliable quartz movement. Now I can swing without the worry of ruining my expensive ETA movement. The caseback is also copied accurately. It includes Tiger Woods' signature, limited edition numbered markings, and a finely brushed SS finish. The Tiger Woods Tag Heuer Golf Watch is a great value for the price. It can generally be found for between $110-$130. For a little bit more you can even receive a box set that includes a Tag Heuer hang tag, circular zipped box, warranty card and papers. If you are an avid golfer or just a fan of the sport, I highly recommend picking one up! I purchased this particular watch from TWP and it was an excellent transaction!
  15. Model: Ultimate Planet Ocean ETA Size: 45mm Seller: Ruby Rain: No leaks Shower: No leaks Pool/Ocean: Swam in a lake, went about 4 ft deep with no problems. Also no problems in the hot tub with jets and blowers on.
  16. I know someone that fit a gen dial into a 45mm UPO. It fit just fine
  17. I was told that the 3g iPhones will be out in the US first quarter 2008. I will be purchasing one at that time. Oh and an iPhone mini will be out before xmas supporting 3g. It won't have the touch screen though.
  18. Ahh, thanks pug! I checked the caseback gasket and tightened it up, The crown one worried me because I could not see it with the crown unscrewed like I can on a Rolex rep. Either way I just took a shower with my PO on out of sheer boredom, and it seems to have held up just fine
  19. Where is the o-ring on the crown for the UPO? Is it suppose to be visible with the crown pulled out?
  20. The bigger spring bars I got from Silix with my strap were also NOT the 1.8mm ones, but some flimsy POS that bent quickly. I ordered the big 1.8mm ones from Jules Borel and it has been perfect since.
