I guess I can't pic a WM9 inlay with TC pearl up from my local jewellers :-/ Do they come up much buddy?

I would expect nothing less than honest opinions docthor I was over on rolex forum looking for gens last night and I'm still suffering from shock...

I know the pearl is wrong but can anyone give an opinion on this 50th anniversary insert? Can be had in the UK for around $59 or £35 I think it's better than the $10 efforts but would like to have input in poss?

I'm wearing this as my daily hack. Very newbish question but if I take it off at night then how often should I be winding it for it to keep the best time? Just when it stops or periodically or will it take care of itself on the wrist?
