Today marks my first anniversary as a RWG member and supporter. I would like to thank all the wonderful people who have made me feel welcome. This place is a true community made up of people that are generous, caring, honest and supportive; a real home away from home. My hat comes off for RWG; a real class act!
Lanikai,
Thank you for sharing your photos. The watch looks awesome. My GW will be making its way back from Canada soon as well. Your post has got my anticipation running at a fever pitch.
How real is this addiction thing?
Thank you, Theo
I just visited the usps web page for track and confirm. This was the message there:
Status: Origin Post is Preparing Shipment
We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece.
The item was purchased on Friday last week.
You are welcome Rob.
Basic human kindness for a fellow RWG family member, plan and simple. We love you Rob and we wish you all the best. I have family in Seattle and would love to get together for a friendly chat sometime.
Regards, vlydog
There is a part of me that really likes the look of the super dome but at the same time I am always driven by the accuracy of my reps. I am no expert but many good friends here were forth coming with answers to this very question when I asked too. Go with the flat-top for the GW.
@panera
Thank you for posting this comparison.
Question:
On the double AR'd model it appears that the pinnon heads on the sub dials are brass colored but on the other watch they appear to be black.
Is this just the affect from the photograph?
Thanks
As some of you already know, I have a Great White project underway. I already have a set of NOS 580 end links. I have an opportunity to pick up a set of 501's too. Does anybody know if there is an end link, amoung the options, that fit the MBW case better than another?
580, 585, 501B
Thanks, Vlydog
