Did a test yesterday and it was a complete fail. Read on another forum that enamel paint should work. The binder is acrylic though, so I bought Vallejos acrylic based model paint. Will test tonight

Thx Nanuq its a 703 i have then. IT fitted on a tc tube I had, but it has a lot of dirt inside so I will need to clean it. Will add some teflon grease inside too. Skickat från min iPhone med Tapatalk

thx mates, i assume its a 703 crown. I think the it has a lot of dirt inside so i will give it a go in a ultrasonic cleaner. I have a teflon grease i can also use.

What vintage crown is this? Hi everyone! Ive tried to fit an old crown that I got from a friend on my newly acquired mbw 1680. Unfortunately it didnt fit on the mbw tube. It didnt fit on other tubes i had from cartel either. What crown is this and what tube should i get?
