I rock a gen muller and don't think this applies to me.

This happened to me on an m2m sale 2 weeks ago. Two watches were in the box and luckily the cheaper one was stolen. Luckily the one that was a gift for my father's birthday the next day was still there too!

I have one with gen dial and crown and a Swiss eta movement. A Gen bezel would be a welcome upgrade though.

As much as you helped me with my build Om3ga, I still have to compete against you (and lose) Here is my build that I picked up on friday. Not %100 finished but it's good enough for now. My build consists of: - Startime case set - Startime solid gold bezel - ST bezel washer - Genuine 16613 bracelet with WSO endlinks - Genuine Rolex insert - Genuine Rolex rusty dial - Genuine Rolex hands (custom aged) - Genuine Rolex date disc (still need to swap for open 6 font) - Genuine Rolex crown - TC crystal (will upgrade in the future) - Service yuki 3135 movement -Waterproofed to 7ATM I should be taking some better pics soon too!

A used 16613 would be great. Maybe 116613 with the dicount.

+1, can't imagine they will get too many buyers with prices like that.

They actually don't come on rubber usually. Apparantly some of them come on "perfluoroelastomer Kalrez®" and other composite materials. Do you not like Patek either because the aquanaut comes exclusively on rubber?

Two questions, How long did it take to receive your lighter? Did you make the seller an offer or buy it for asking price?

Are there any trusted second hand dealers that you reccomend? I'm looking in to buying one.

Here are the 3 watches I currently have that I consider frankens. Remember that my definition of franken might not be the same as yours, so please don't go crazy about whether they are franken or not. The one I have had the longest (3 months or so) is my TC v6 with gen bezel, crystal, and crown. And the 2 I received this week are my myanmatt datejust with an ETA movement, gen crystal, gen dial, gen crown and my two tone 16613 with a 21j movement that I am planning to make in to a great 16613 frankenstein using a TC case and 18k gold parts. It has a gen (water damaged) dial and a gen bezel insert, both of which will be used in my project. I really love the look of the water damaged dial, it has tons of character. Sorry for the dust and lint in my pictures, forgot to wipe em off.

not gonna preorder just because it's a pain to get and everything. Just going to pick up a 64 or 128 gb from my local verizon guy when he gets it.
